The rooms are standard. The food was extremely tasty. Staff at the restaurant are extremely courteous and friendly. Always at your service.

The guy at the reception had an attitude of “you are privileged to be my guest” and did not have a minimum courtesy to even smile. The bathrooms were not cleaned well. There’s dirt seen on the floor There was dust on the carpets - not vacuumed. The disaster was the AC - room temperature was showing 25.9 and after setting the AC by their AC technician to 20; it showed 24.9 the next day morning. Couldn’t sleep well because the room was not cool at all.

The location is perfect. Very close to both the Dal Lake as well as the markets.The staff very polite, and helpful. Food is excellent and rooms very comfortable.

The inhouse transportation service could be better. We requested for a car for 1 evening local market visits but the prices quoted were exhorbitant. More than 3 times what we paid to external service providers. Also we were promised a 30% discount on in house dinning however on checkout we were given only 15% .

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Radisson Hotel in Srinagar for a week-long trip, and I cannot express how wonderful my experience was. From the moment I checked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a level of hospitality that made me feel right at home. The entire staff greets guests with warm smiles and a welcoming attitude. Additionally, for breakfast, they also offer Kashmiri noon chai, which was a delightful experience for me 😊. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided by Mr. Tahir, who went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and memorable. He was always there to assist with any questions or requests I had, and his professionalism and genuine care for guests truly stood out. His dedication to making my stay pleasant was greatly appreciated and made a significant difference in my overall experience. The room I stayed in was not only spacious but also impeccably clean, and the bathroom, in particular, was a shining example of the hotel's commitment to hygiene and guest comfort. It's evident that the Radisson Hotel Srinagar takes cleanliness seriously, which is especially important during these times. I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in maintaining the room and bathroom. Safe as well as an iron and ironing board, were not initially available in the room. However, upon contacting room service, a new digital safe was promptly installed, and the required iron and related accessories were quickly provided.

The hotel's taxi service is rather costly. Instead, when needed I chose to utilise local app ride services similar to Uber, which were significantly far less expensive for getting around the city.

Found it good. Nice spread and choices. We were attended by your staff in the restaurant namely Aaquib, Ashfaq, Saina & Shanda. At reception was Tahir, Sabit Jan Nisar. All were very courteous and welcoming.

Nothing in particular. However there is always scope for improvement in all aspects. Continuous upgradation in every area is possible and that is what must be the mind set of all working staff/management.

Food and service👍👍 All the staff were exceptionally good 👍 especially F&B department, all were too good…… Very polite and friendly, one of the best service one can expect… I would rate 10 out of 10

Rooms need to be renovated, price I felt was bit high for that property as it was a old building, and nothing great about the room for that price Anyway overall experience was good 😊

We asked for a room with a view and got a 4th floor corner room with panorama windows on two sides with a view of Sankara hill. We could enjoy sunrise over the mountains from the room. The room was quite large with a very comfortable spring mattress and pillows ensuring we slept well. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and the a la carte menu delicious. The staff were very hospitable, pleasant, and helpful. We enjoyed meals in the central atrium to melodious music. Air conditioning was perfect.

At times there was no hot water.

The location is good. Liked positive attitude of all the staff towards the guests. Had travelled from Phalagam, and the front desk manager made it a smooth process for check-in. The GM, Manoj, and the F&B manager, Irshad, to mention a few, were present to assist the guests

Room decor, it needs urgent modernisation by the owners of the property. Basic amenities are not catered for in the rooms. Noises can be heard from neighbouring rooms. The owners need to modernise the kitchen area and dining area as you can smell the food while in your room. Overpriced for the facilities you get, but the hotel staff can not be held responsible.

Was very pleased with their hospitality and very friendly services..Best bit was LOTS of Vegetarian Food was served everyday which made our stay even better...Beautiful Place in fact a slice of Paradise on Earth. ISHFAQ bhai on the reception was very helpful and allowed us late check out by four hours as we had a late evening flight .Thoroughly Enjoyed

All was good..no complaints

The locations is very close to Dal lake, Lal chowk and good restaurants, the room was comfortable and heating worked fine, the breakfast is very good , the staff are warm and very helpful

Probably it can be a bit more affordable for the breakfast inclusive price, we paid above 15k per night
