Owner family and staff are lovely persons and always available when I asked for something. They booked trips for me to Gulmarg Gondola and 5-6 hours sightseeing by tuktuk in and around the town - everything perfect! 10 minutes footwalk to the boats at Dal Lake. Breakfast buffet you can have just 2 mins around the corner im Grand Mamta Hotel for a reasonable price. I had a really perfect stay, thanks!

Young Mamta is in restructering now, meaning from 8am to 6 pm a little bit noisy. Shower was broken, so I needed to wash myself using the washbowl, but hot water available. I guess this will be als part of restructering work in the near time.

The stay and service was comfortable at affordable price. The hotel incharge also arranged a package tour in Kashmir, to visit Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgham, doodhpathri and Srinagar which included a night stay in pahalgham and another night at Dal lake super deluxe boathouse. He also arranged driver (Shabir ) with a very neat Innova 8 seater car for our group (7 people, two families) for 8 days. The driver acted as a guide too. He also provided a local sim to contact him as we lost our mobile network in Kashmir due to our prepaid SIM. The hotel incharge Abrar was very informative in helping us plan our trip. He was responding to our texts quickly despite the time. We enjoyed the trip thoroughly with Abrar and Shabir guidance. We enjoyed Shikara ride in Srinagar, Gandola ride in Gulmarg, Horse ride in Sonamarg, River rafting in Pahalgham and ATV (Quad-bike) ride in Doodhpatri. Dal lake is in walking distance from the hotel. We felt safe throughout the trip. On our last day we got a complementary 4 hour extra stay as our flight was at 8 pm which helped enjoy another Shikara ride. We thoroughly enjoyed the family trip throughout the trip.

He helped us getting a mobile number as prepaid India sim cards don't work in Kashmir. Package Tour and Driver: The package tour arranged by the hotel was comprehensive and well-organized. Visiting Gulmarg, Sonamarg, Pahalgam, Doodhpathri, and Srinagar allowed us to experience the beauty of Kashmir. The night stays in Pahalgam and the Dal Lake super deluxe boathouse were particularly memorable. Our driver, Shabir, was not only professional but also a knowledgeable guide. He ensured our safety and comfort throughout the trip and provided interesting insights into the region's history and culture. Conclusion: We highly recommend Young Mumta for anyone planning a trip to Kashmir. The combination of comfortable accommodations, excellent service, and a well-planned package tour made our experience truly exceptional. We are grateful for the memories we made and would gladly return to this hotel in the future.

The TV wasn't working. But the package was packed with the beautiful Kashmir itinerary that hardly made us miss TV

The best part is that the hotel owner Abrar is super helpful and friendly. He took care of us like a family. The hotel is in a central location and within the vicinity of other Mamta group of hotels and thus it's safe and secured. Strongly recommended for your stay at Srinagar They also gave us recommendations on some offbeat locations to visit like Yusmarg and arranged a taxi for us with a great driver..

The hotel does not have a lift, if that is your criteria then you can think otherwise everything is superb.

I along with my 4 friends stayed here for 4 nights in a family room. Property was well maintained and at a good location. Although a bit away from the main good portions of Srinagar but it is well connected. Abrar the manager of the property is a wonderful and very helpful guy. It was great talking to him and he helped us with lot of places to visit within Srinagar. He also helped us with getting a contact for Bike Rentals at a reasonable price rate. He also helped us keep our bags at his property for more than a week while we were out somewhere else. True Kashmir hospitality at it’s best.

TV was not working in the room as well as we expected to get water bottles everyday. Though we got it from outside, wasn’t really an issue but maybe they can start providing it.

 Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

I liked the staff, their behavior, their attitude towards helping tourists in whatever way they can, specially the way they helped senior Citizens of my family who stayed there. Also they guide and help guests to plan their trip for local sight seeing based on latest situations there with discounted rate. I haven't seen such helpful people in other places I visited earlier.

Rooms have all facilities but it should be maintained better for more customer satisfaction

Mr.Abrar (owner),of the property was very good and genuine person.Hospitality was on top notch. All my transportation was arranged by him without any advance payment etc. Quite reliable and friendly person. Transportation Person Mr. Mallik was also very good .His service towards us was commendable. Wishing the entire team good luck....!

Facilities like electric kettle should have been provided separately to all the rooms. Considering the climatic conditions from tourist perspective.

We stayed in this property 3 nights from 2nd to 5th April again we returned back from Pahelgam and stayed in the same hotel 2 nights as we liked it so much . The owner Mr Abrar Bhai is a nice person and the hotel is so safe and service is excellent. We will sure come back again and recommend my friends and relatives to book this hotel in Srinagar.
