We went shopping with 2 other families (8 of us) and we were all accommodated in this hotel. Comments on booking were varied, but the accommodation exceeded all our expectations. Our three rooms were warm, comfortable and really clean. The beds were very comfortable for all of us, with 2 pillow sizes. There were enough hangers in the closets, and you can store your suitcases under the jacket hangers. The double room on the first floor had a terrace, and the other two were in the semi-basement. The bathroom is clean, the shower cabin is clean, without mould and scale, hand soap, bath, towels are all clean and comfortable.

We went as a family to Parndorf and spent the night in the best location. Due to the wait at the border, we arrived around 11 p.m. and in the immediate vicinity, we had dinner at McDonald's. We parked right in front of the accommodation. The rooms are as in the picture. Semi-basement, just as described in the booking. Comfortable for the three of us, very warm, we kept the window open at night. No moisture was felt, and the bathroom was EXTREMELY CLEAN. There are no traces of mould, scale... Really recommended. There were eight of us (3 families) in 3 rooms and we were all under a positive impression, because we read old comments where it was written that it was not known that the rooms were in the semi-basement, which is not true. We were surprised that one family (double room 117) was on the first floor because we thought they only had this type of room. In any case, every next shopping trip, we know where we will spend the night.

Location wise -perfect for transit. The room was spacious and clean.Comfortable beds , nice and fresh linens and towels. The bathroom is huge and nicely maintained. Safe for valuebles. Small refrigerator. A/C. Nice outside area to sit and smoke. Parking safe and in front of the room. Friendly and helpful receptionist. The restaurant was outstanding, the food was delicious and overall the service was top notch. Good prices too. Plus the waitress was speaking very good English. Will definitely be back.

TV...only Hungarian channels. No smart TV. No freezer. The Internet could be better.

Staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful, as well as the waiters! The room was very clean and quiet and we really enjoyed the food at the restaurant! The hotel is just a few minutes walking from the town center and UFM Arena.

I would suggest some more sweet food for breakfast, like a cake or croissants.

The room was pretty big and with a balcony, for a small fee they offer you breakfast also order from the menu not just buffet, it was perfect for a break while drivin thru Hungary, and just around the corner is a comercial Center many shops and McDonald's.. KFC

Some guests that were travelling in a group where a bit too lound late in evening and early in the morning in the commune area just next to my room

Great stop point when you have a road trip. Really close to the border of Austria. Room has everything you need. There is a refrigerator at the reception that you can use. Very clean.

Our room was right next to the cleanning lady room so early in the morning we were wake up from the voices.

Thus hotel exceeded our expectations. Room was clean and spacious. Everything seemed new. Beds were comfortable. We had mini fridge in our room, which I personally love to see. Breakfast was nice and there are many options to choose from. Staff was very nice and tried best to meet all our requests. There is an option to charge an electric vehicle. It's a great place to rest when traveling by car.

Shower door was not working properly.

Very nice hotel in a little town shopping area close to the border. The room was nice, silent and clean. The young lady receptionist was professional, very helpful, speaking a very good English. The breakfast and dinner were great in the hotel' cosy restaurant. Good price for half board.

Nice and clean room, great and comfortable beds, big bathroom. Change of towels the very next day. Breakfast sufficient, everyone can choose, only the juices could be of good quality!

We had room 102, directly under the windows of 4 air conditioning sources, luckily it was cold and the others did not need air conditioning and the noise was only occasional. I can't imagine performing in the summer?!

Good food. Reliable customer service - i.e. arranging taxi for specified time.

Room too warm... but we turned the heater down ourselves so no drama. No refund if room were to be cancelled after booking. Not that we needed it, but this is an unusual nowadays.
