Excellent along with service and the behavior of staff. Combination of dishes were excellent as good quantity of fruits as well traditional dishes were there which were very good in taste especially the parathas.

On our return to Lahore we stayed again and while we were departing for Karachi in the morning the person to whom we asked to clean the car could not obey and did not give any excuse rather did not give any attention this should be improved as it was covered in your package.

Good location, good rooms, good bathrooms, the bed was very comfortable, state of the art equipment, giant TV, nice breakfast early in the morning, lovely staff always quick to respond, hotel was big and roomy. I enjoyed my time here.

Some of the design choices in the rooms were strange. For example, no doormat in the room so every time I came from outside the room was dirty. There was no light next to the tea machine / fridge so it was always dark and difficult to see when trying to make tea.

This is a delightful hotel, new, clean, and extremely friendly. The staff went out of their way to make sure that I had everything I needed, and offered more (I was allowed a very late checkout -- 6 pm -- because there is only one flight to Karachi at 8 pm). I had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.

Just a few notes: lighting in the room was cool white. I would prefer warm white and lamps instead of overhead lighting. I had to ask for an extension board because I couldn't plug in any of my devices to the wall outlets. I also needed more towels in the bathroom, but that was easily fixed. I would prefer to make my own tea for breakfast. Everything else was excellent.
