The property meets my expectation and as per the description mentioned. The staff was also very friendly and room service was also very good and responsive. We did the late checkout and had to cancel our other night. Although our booking was non cancellable, the manager values customer relationships and refunds us the whole amount and also did not charge us for the late checkout.

Overall, I wouldn't rate the hotel too bad because the location is good, building is good, room was really nice as well as the main lobby. Staff was exceptional from the bellboy to the reception staff. Check-in and Check-out was seamless and I didn't face any issues at all. I would definitely stay here every time I'm traveling from Lahore to Karachi.

The bathrooms I wouldn't say match the build of the rooms or the looks of the hotel. They look quite old school and were quite small, even though I'm not claustrophobic but it felt like that in the bathroom. Maybe the King size room bathrooms were better not sure since I booked a deluxe room.

The staff was very cooperative. Mr shafique,Mr Meeran Shah ,Mr Abid and Mr Ali.we left our mobile at the hotel after checkout .They found it and stayed in touch with us and got it delivered to our home address. The food was really good 👍

extremely clean and well equipped hotel.

the location wasn’t very nice. there’s a petrol pump next to the hotel the parking is behind that so you have to park your car in that parking and walk all the way from the pump to the hotel. otherwise great hotel!

The room is clean and comfortable. The food served is that of quality. Nice and friendly staff.

The bathrooms are a bit small

breakfast was good and had most options available

lighting in side the hotel needs improvement, its kind of dull feeling. However it has improved in the last few months.

Make sure before room check in all the accessories are working correctly
