Very clean, calm and quiet. Staff was super courteous and the receptionist girl (forgot her name) welcomed us very professionally. Breakfast was amazing, chef Qadeer made us special puris and tea, so delicious. Abdul basit and Aziz served us so well, they thoroughly looked after us. Gosh, did I mention value for money? For just less than 20K they gave u services better than Ramada and Belmorris etc.

I can't think of anything, except the gym machinery which needs an update but I can understand that not majority of the visitors would use gym so they didn't invest much in gym.

Location- it was closer to the airport. Plus it was quiet and comfortable rooms were big furniture was new and very comfortable and nice condition. Amenities were great as well. Staff response was also extremely nice.

The locations - the property is in a roundabout and the gates are always closed. Sometimes it’s tricky to get in when there’s a lot of traffic coming from all directions.

An excellent hotel, the staff bent over backwards to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Very clean, hot shower available whenever we wanted, an excellent restaurant and breakfast facilities. A five star experience.

It was a silver jubilee reunion of NMU class of 2000... This hotel provided us with an excellent accomodation experience with amenities being close to the medical college as well as.

Everything from the rooms to the staff to area

I had to think and couldn't find anything just a small pool where the unsed lawn area is in the parking will make it the best hotel in Pakistan. The buffet breakfast was in avari express which is 2 mins walk and the breakfast there was amazing considering Ramadan. I have never seen such huge rooms

It was cozy. The complimentary breakfast was good as always. The heating in the room was good.

Running hot water was a problem in the morning in winter. They forgot about some complimentary stuff that should have been in the room.
