Absolutely beautiful accomadation, spacious, immaculate and luxurious. What it made the best was the incredible staff who were friendly, helpful and professional. A special thank you to Alessia, Laura and Luciana who made us feel so welcome. A big big thank you to Sabrina who catered and feed us with the most delicious breakfast and hospitality. We will definitely come again. The location was perfect, the facilities were lovely and the pool perfect for families. Thank you.

Beautiful suite, spacious, large patio with one lounger and two padded chairs. Large bathroom with huge shower, plenty of hot water. Excellent air conditioning and very comfortable king size bed. Alessia was super helpful in suggesting restaurants, making reservations and was always available in whattsapp. Great concierge style service. Fassono is an excellent base to make shirt road trips from. We stayed 5 days and will return.

We liked everything about Masseriola. Our room was excellent in everyway. It was comfortable, a big walk in shower and very quiet at night. The breakfast left nothing out, all tastes were catered for, nothing was too much trouble for Sabrina who was in charge of breakfast. All of the staff were outstanding, we could not fault them in any way. We had secure car parking, a real necessity in Fasano. Our only regret was leaving after a memorable week.

Breakfast a bit dry - we missed fresh bread & real fruit. No coffee available throughout the day (add a machine ?) Security of room doors (codes) poor - #000+room no. + # Light switches difficult to sort out in room. A 3rd or 4th easy chair on terrace outside room would’ve been nice, as family was in 3 different rooms. For the price we paid, such small improvements could be reasonably expected.

What a beautiful property!! We loved the beautiful layout, amazing pool, stylish touches throughout, lovely gardens, comfortable room and have to note how amazing the shower was! The staff were all incredibly lovely and helpful, made suggestions for nearby restaurants and a beach club. Also the breakfast was AMAZING! Highly recommended this gem of a property!

Our stay in Fasano was perfect at our chosen accommodation. It was a 3 minute walk into town and the staff were outstanding. Sabrina couldn’t do enough to make our breakfast special and just an amazing personality. Alessia also perfect in keeping in touch with us and helping where necessary. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Beautifully decorated in neutrals throughout, our room was very clean it was made up every morning and fresh towels brought in and everything tidied up by the lovely staff. Breakfast is a help yourself but hot drinks are made for you. Pool area is outstanding, not a huge pool but big enough, beautiful sun loungers and seating areas again all tastefully decorated in neutral tones. The hotel feels very secure as there is a locked gated entrance and secure carpark. It was a short stroll into Fasano which has plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from. A car is needed to visit all the nearby towns of Ostuni, Locorotondo, Alberobello, Lecce, we got to Matera in an hour and 15 mins. The closest beaches are not much to rave about, the best ones are much further south.

Our only disappointment was no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms.

As others have mentioned, this place has been put together with much care and a wonderful sense of style and quality. My room was large and comfortable with an enormous bed and three separate seating options. Bathroom is spacious and has everything you need. it was impeccably clean. The pool area (where I spent most of the 2 days I was there) has 2 large lattice-roofed so allows some sun & light but means you can pretty much lay out there all day without sunburn) double sized beds, along with 10-12 typical sun lounges in various positions for shade/sun. Delightful breakfast and great coffee. It IS an unusual location - but perfect for day trips to surrounding places or just some time by the pool. Easy walk to old town and shops (5-10 mins). Excellent value for money!

The gravel driveway/walkway did make it difficult to roll my heavy and large bag to/from my room from the car park - but that’s a really minor thing.

This is a beautiful property—so carefully designed and appointed. Our room was extremely comfortable, with a king sized bed and huge bathroom. The staff is very friendly and accommodating (but does not speak much English), and the breakfast was amazing! the grounds of the masseria are immaculate—beautiful pool and outdoor seating areas. Big (free) parking lot. Fasano is close to all of the wonderful towns you’d want to visit—Alberobello, Ostuni, Lecce, Matera, monopoli, etc. we can’t recommend the property enough!

This property was a little slice of absolute paradise! In a quieter town and yet in a very central location for touring the ‘spots’! This property is beautifully appointed, spacious and has all the features of an up market resort. It also is within walking distance to up market restaurants if needed. Perfect!
