Great location. Did not really like the breakfast because is was something we did not really want but had to pay for. It is NOT a free breakfast, it is something included in the price.

TWO things, otherwise I would have given a higher star rating. First, we had no internet for twelve days. This was due to PDLT the provider, but I would have expected a fairly large hotel to have had some back up. Secondly, there was NO flexibility on time you left. One minute after check out and you had to pay for a full night, including a breakfast that you were not going to be there for. We wanted a few extra hours before an evening boat trip and were forced to pay the whole lot. Other hotels have some flexibility here and would have offered me a deal unless the place was really booked up. I do not like hotels that presume everyone's travel arrangements centre around mid-day. I prefer those that understand the real world. Such a shame as I would have given a higher review. They even thanked me for telling them that the breakfast would not be required, but could not even offer a little off the money for this.

Room 311 was disgustingly filthy. The one time white bath towels were not very clean and looked more like grey in colour. The toilet leaked out the back when flushed. The wash hand basin plug didn’t work so the water could not be removed when filled up. The taps were so loose through the top of the basin that they wobbled so much when trying to turn on the water which was almost impossible due to the fact the taps didn’t turn on properly. The shower taps were the same and the shower leaked and did not work properly for the water to disperse correctly to receive. proper shower spray. The aircon extractor was so noisy all night long and was clearly not functioning properly resulting in us not getting a proper night’s sleep. Even with the television up loud it was drowned by the aircon extractor. The so called window behind the curtain was in fact not a window but just a view of a horrendous void with large open ended pipes in it and assuming running down to the ground level The so called paid breakfast was poor and the morning after 1st night was delivered to our room door and we were advised it was complimentary which of course it wasn’t. The food consisted of a fried egg and some corn beef with rice. It was wrapped in cling film but the food was cold. Whilst it was better than nothing it’s not what we would have chosen to have. However today having changed room last night we went down for breakfast to receive another plate already wrapped in cling film with egg , rice and the corn beef substituted with 2 small saveloy chicken sausages. Again the food was cold. Again we did not want this food but we had no other choices offered to us.The 2 breakfasts came with instant coffee or water. Then was a slightly heated discussion with 2 members of the staff because having changed rooms for the 2nd night to 415 they believed we had not prepaid for the food.

NO BREAKFAST INCLUDED. THEY MADE US WAIT FOR ALMOST TWO HOURS FOR NOTHING.

Some staff are rude to us.
