Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Good lighting on both side of the bed so we could each read. Hotel was on a busy highway , but so we're all the other hotels. Price was decent. Breakfast was a "paper bag " breakfast. We had to heat the breakfast sandwich in our microwave. It was okay, not great. We were given choices to submit the night before. Hotel was 100 per cent booked , with evacuees from wildfires from northern Saskatchewan wildfires, but not noisy.

We were on the second floor, and there was no elevator. Staircases indoors and outdoors. Luckily, son in law carried our suitcase up for us. We are 80 and 82 years old.

Rooms were accessible from outside. However the only one available room available was facing the court yard. My husband had mobility issues and had a hard time walking far. The staff was very kind and helped him to the room. Carried some of our items for us.

The way to get to the parking spot in front of the room was on a hill. Rather difficult to access our items. Hard to stand.

For us, the location was perfect and the rooms very private and quiet. The staff was very friendly and fun to work with. It was the first time that we travelled with a pet and they made sure everyone was taken care of well.

They have packed beakfast which is fine and convenient. However, it could be improved by providing a vegetarian option. Also, as we left early, my friend reported that the bun was frozen. Small things, not a big deal for us, but a nice to improve.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was always clean when I got back in the evening. The room had plenty of space.

The window looked out onto the car park and I felt I couldn't open them when I was in or when I went out. Perhaps the upper floors would have given me more privacy to have the curtains open. But I was told they didn't have King size rooms on the upper floors. I wasn't told until I checked in that the breakfast was grab n go. The grab n go breakfast was ok but I would have preferred a proper breakfast.

Staff is always so friendly and the rooms are always clean. Very welcoming to returning guests as well. The rooms are cozy and having direct access to the parking lot from every room makes it so easy to move luggage between the room and a car parked right outside. For the value the price is amazing and I choose Royal every time I visit Lloyd.

It's half a motel, so being able to park outside of the room is nice. Especially when it takes more than a trip to get all of your stuff in the room.

The included breakfast was a bag/grab and grow breakfast, pre-made jimmy Dean sandwiches.

Staying over Christmas to Boxing Day was a joy. All the staff I interacted with were knowledgeable and kind. The gym was very appealing both in equipment and atmosphere. I will stay there the next time I stay in Lloydminster.

.Such a comfortable bed with amazing pillows! And the best surprise..... the incredible water pressure in the shower!! Cleansing and massage after days of driving=divine! Highly recommended this place for travelers....first impression is that it's an older hotel. But you can tell they take pride in cleanliness and hospitality . The staff were all wonderful and the little to go sack of breakfast treats as I hit the road was a gold stamp on my recommendation

Friendly staff, great space, and the lobby leads into one of the local restraurants. It is a favorite haunts for locals, rurals, and First Nations. Easy room access: hallway and outside doors. I liked that you can unload and load right from your room..

The room was dated but very clean. Wall to wall rug, but that is my own pet peeve due to health issues. Breakfast was not that great, would have prefered a coupon for the restraunt: Maggies.
