We booked Superior rooms as the standard rooms were sold out so spent a little more than we wanted to. The room was very large and clean, the bed was comfy, no view to speak of , tv was fairly small with only Thai tv channels. There was no elevator which was not really a problem as we were on the 2nd floor but glad we weren't on the 3rd! Breakfast was basically Thai food - all I could find to eat that I liked was fruit and toast. (I asked for fried eggs and the attendant said they only had Thai food! - lol - altho they did have eggs the next day.) The property itself is very well looked after and the reception staff friendly and helpful. Overall a positive experience.

The location was ok for us as we were touring the area.There were some good restaurants nearby and in walking distance. The breakfast was better than we expected for the price we paid.

Our room was the first room next to reception and we were woken up at about 5am by a tour group who were very noisy.The noise went on until they left at 7am.This spoilt our stay, which was a pity as the hotel and room was otherwise very good and the staff were very helpful.

Excellent choice for an eco stay. It serves the purpose of a business trip, not for leisure or romantic trips. Bed is horrible - very hard. Aircon is on the side of the bed blowing the air directly to your face when you sleep. Breakfast included and they are decent for what you pay for. Location is great with private transport. Staff were responsive. The room is pretty standard - has what is needed. They have improved the quality of the fabric softener they use on the towel - I did comment on this last time. The towels, though low quality, is now more pleasant to use on the body. The hallway is pretty acoustic. You can hear people conversation all night when they are loud. Late check out is not possible without additional charges - 200THB per hour, no flexibility. Undercover parking is great.

Our 2 night stay was enjoyable, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast included, parking facilities and nice gardens. For those that are travelling on a budget I highly recommend this hotel.

Couldn't fault for the price

We enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and very clean. All facilities works well. No noise at day and night. The staff give you a welcome feeling. When we are in the area, we will choice the hotel again.

The rooms were very large and bright and modern. A balcony with a sink and hanging area for laundry. Very nice outdoor area with garden and table and chairs. Covered car park area. Walking distance to food markets and restaurant.

Abysmal breakfast, only toast and tea and coffee. Self service with no staff around or options Doesn’t accept credit card, cash only which was very inconvenient. Room not ready but ok once available

-Water pressure and -Wi-Fi sometimes leave something to be desired.

Ideal location. Plenty of parking.

The breakfast was basic with limited choice. Don't let that put you off staying, the hotel and value for money are excellent.

Nice size rooms, very comfy bed. Even had a minibar which is very unusual for a small hotel like this. Also included a reasonable breakfast.
