Wow! This was an amazing chateau. The room was very modern, spotless and luxurious. The bed linen was top quality. We had a lovely breakfast on the terrace and the hosts couldnt do enough for us. Free tea and coffee was available all day. The hosts kindly booked a great restaurant for us in Perigreaux. It was a short drive to a big supermarket and about 15 mins into Pergreaux so a great location. The pool was nice (refreshingly cold) with lots of seating around it. The chateau had retained many original features and was very quiet and isolated.

Loved everything. This place is heavenly. Perfect remote hide away with plenty of things to do in the région. The family take great care of you and their home. I canot recommend it enough

Best chateau you can imagine for relacing days in Perigord - magnificent rooms, splendid park with pool and tennis court - very friendly, welcoming host family, great breakfast

The Chateau is set in a huge estate involving some c300 acres of parkland, pasture and woodland. The two owners made a huge effort to welcome us, they even gave us a tour of the estate by specialist vehicle. The suite exceeded our expectations as did the breakfast. I rarely give 100% positive feedback, but this place deserves my 100% positive feedback.

I am unable to think of any possible improvements.

Our host was warm and inviting. She made us a wonderful breakfast—more than we could possibly eat. It was a variety of items, almost all organic and locally sourced. The bed was very comfortable—I’m pretty particular about that. The shower had great water pressure. Internet connection was fast. I can’t think of anything I would improve. Our host also gave us a fantastic restaurant suggestion and even called to make the reservation for us. We will definitely book here again the next time we are in France.

Stay at an authentic place in the center of the Dordogne region. We were welcomed by the hosts who knows well the area and were able to provide great advice on activities close by.

Breakfast was delicious. It was meticulously laid out, good coffee, homemade jams and cakes, honey and figs from bees and trees on the property. The large country house is gorgeous and IMMACULATE. Our hosts were personable and very kind and helpful. We had a grand sejour and would return.

The family that runs this spot is delightful. The property and house are lovely. The breakfast was great. Great place to stay if you want to be in the country outside Perigeaux.
