Its a funky old motel with a a nice fresh makeover. Room was clean and quiet and the beds were comfortable. Our room had a car port that was converted to a sitting area, which was a real nice touch for eating a quick meal. Given the location it's an excellent choice as there's not much around. Remote check-in worked fine. Office is still made available and does have a microwave in case you need it.

Only minor gripes. Sure it has been recently made over- but still has old bones (super tiny bathroom, painted cinder block walls). Could have used a bit more lighting in the room. Didn't bother us too much, but be aware of what you're getting.

It was a very clean room and so comfortable. Not some standard hotel room comforter. The staff was very friendly and helped plan places to see. They checked in and were genuinely nice people. Parking was easy and the location was off the main road. They had a patio off the door area with patio furniture and a ceiling fan. Very comfy to have drinks and eat. The biggest plus was being able to bring our 25 on dog. There’s also a sitting grass area on the property.

Nothing to add other than they more than met our needs and seemed the best choice compared to other places we drove by.

Not aware of any breakfast options? Bbq and fire pit were not easily accessable ( we had planned to bbq) The bed linens were 10/10…the mini split was terrific. The patio area was very nice and we enjoyed setting our chairs out to watch the night fall across the street. The decor was very cute and every thing was very clean.

My wife and I stayed in #4 which has a carport turned in a terrace which we loved. Room is old but very comfortable. Bed mattress is amazing. Shower is small but works very well with plenty of hot water. Good local restaurants, Mexican and pizza. Nearby Burney also has some good eats. Visited Lassen National Park and Burney Falls. Highly recommended.

Everything! The owner takes so much pride in making the rooms and property so comfortable and pleasant. The decorations are special throughout. We enjoyed sitting outside the room on the patio having a glass of wine. Even a carport for the car. Everything is extra clean and special. The garden and outdoor area with the view of the mountains are beautiful. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

The kitchenette was great. Outdoor area to sit was nice. Staff came quickly to help with TV. Garden area lovely. Bathroom well set up.

The TV was frustrating. Once we found a station that was fine, but then later couldn't figure out how to change channel. The bed was a bit too hard for me, but it was a nice size

An old fashioned road side hotel. Updated, super clean, well managed, and an absolute pleasure to stay at. Great, friendly property for me and my dog— lots of green, green grass. This will be my choice from now on when visiting Lassen or passing through.

I liked it a lot. A beautifully maintained property and very comfortable.

The host was very helpful and friendly. Inside the rooms they have been totally redone. Very clean property and room. I appreciated that they allowed me to bring my dog, and there is no additional cost.

when I first drove in and saw some of the exterior walls were cinderblock, I was worried that it might be an old and rundown facility. But not so it is a work in progress and they are doing a nice job.

The place is excellent value for money, I doubt anything in the area is this nice inside. My only complaint is that the front cabins are right next to a highway, plus you may be woken up by truck drivers heading out for work at 6am. That's fine, but be aware. The gentleman running the place is very helpful. The patio was super useful for cleaning gear - if you are in the area for hiking, fishing, etc - stay here.

The property is wonderful. The rooms are comfy cozy! I loved it! The staff and owners treat the guests like family. Mountains galore and the local eateries were yummy! I'll be back if I can get a reservation! 😉
