Breakfast was absolutely amazing. There was everything I can imagine. 10/10 Rooms are clean, nice and comfortable. Many people is talking about soft mattress but it was OK for us although we like hard ones. Pool with lying places with bubbles was amazing. Small pool for small children is great. 3 types of sauna also enaugh

Sauna area is too small for this hotel and it was during weekend (specially at afternoon)overcrowded and there is only one shower and two resting beds and no changing room for nude sauna area. And there are only 2 jacuzzis and it is full all the time. But if you go after breakfast, there is noone in wellness There was not enaugh parking spaces.

Clean & tidy, lovely rooms and on site restaurant is good. 10 mins walk to a lovely cafe Magdelenka, would recommend

The Spa staff were not very friendly and it felt like we were intruding by asking questions and booking a massage. Everyone else was great though & i wouldnt let it get in the way of enjoying yourself

Outstanding breakfast Cosy atmosphere Friendly staff Cleanliness (also in the pool areas) Kids clubs and lovely playroom (we didn’t use them this time but I’m sure our children would love them!)

The bed was made up from two single beds so there was a deep gap between the mattresses which made it impossible for us to use it as a king size bed. Also would be nice to have more tea bags, there was only 1 black teabag available in the room (a total selection of 4 teabags) so I’d expect to have at least a couple of each for a double room. The restaurant is on a pricey side which is a thing with most hotels, the food was very good though so we can’t complain.

I was in Wisla for Ski Jumping world cup event for the weekend. Aries Wisla Location is the best to reach Ski Jumping Malinka Area. I was walking to the tournament from hotel and back, just in 15 minutes. This is my second time to Ski Jumping world cup in Wisla, and once again, I chose Aries Wisla, and it was my fourth time in Aries Wisla, since it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed. Hotel is so comfortable and relaxing. everything is well prepared for the stay. Room was once again so comfortable, breakfast was exceptional level. Christmas decoration was fantastic, hotel was shiny, a lot of Christmas trees in and out. Fresh red flower all around, seriously hotel was well prepared for the relaxation.

I do not have any comments that I did not like. I do not know what to say. May be it will be better if Hotel may open pool from 6 am. as being an early bird being, I like to swim in early morning before breakfast. of course it is a small matter :)

Overall experience, great value for money, excellent food choice. Very quite surroundings but still in near proximity of the other areas (shops, restaurants, ski slopes, turist tracks)

Staff should speak english better (very basic or no knowledge). SPA area should be strictly divided to adult only (silence, no swimsuit area) and kids area (noisy, splashing). Hard to combine with limited space.

Great hotel overall. Nice and comfortable. A bit pricy but worth it. Amazing location and tasty breakfast.

Very pretty hotel with great customer service. The spa facilities were exceptional especially the jacuzzi with the amazing views and the pink salt sauna. We had breakfast and a dinner at the hotel. The food was great and overall we had a great stay. Highly recommended ❤️

The balcony needed extra clean!

I had a massage in the hotel Spa.

It felt as if she had longish nails and I could occasionally felt discomfort. I should have asked her to stop but didn’t want to be rude. I don’t think that the hotel treatments are worth the exaggerated prices.

Absolutely beautiful place. So peaceful and so many attractions nearby, at the same time. Breakfast was delicious with wide choice of food, pastries and drinks. Beautiful outside area. Great SPA and swimming pool facilities. The whole area was very clean. Staff members were also kind and helpful. We will definitely come back for longer :)

The hotel is located near the river so there is a beautiful outdoor zone for chilling and having coffee with a view. They also have a playroom for children with stuff looking after them, that's a great value for the families. Breakfast buffet provides a great choice of options, coffee is great, restaurant and bar are also highly recommended. The hotel organizes different activities for the guest, like concerts or bonfire in the evening.

Don't remember anything that was wrong or I felt unhappy about.
