Woman traveling alone, I stayed 4 nights in this family hotel in which I felt at home, comfortable, completely safe and pampered. I received a magnificent welcome from the owner who is very attentive, concerned about the well-being of his customers and very generous. He is present all day from early morning to late evening, always there to help, I have rarely seen that in my previous trips. The room is very clean, everything for a perfect stay. Varied and delicious full breakfast :) with tea and Turkish coffee, the service is lovely. One evening, coming back from a beautiful day that I had treated myself to, I received a large slice of cake offered by the owner, and as luck would have it, right on my birthday, enough to end the day in style :) and make me more happy :) a huge thank to you! I would come back to your place for sure!!

Everyone who’s thinking to stay in Buyuada this place will be the best option . Such an amazing stay in Nizam hotel. I came alone for relaxing. and I did the staff are supper kind supper helpful special thank to Özgür he is like an angel in that place . attentive and ready to help with a wonderful smile. he even advice me for a beach so quit and nice with a pool good price. the soft drinks are free 24/7. I got a nice room upgraded for free to a room with balcony with everything new. high quality of shower products. the area is really quite. I liked everything. of course I recommend it.

Really nothing.

It was nice to feel comfortable in Büyükada and to know that someone had thought of all your needs in advance. Özgür is a wonderful person! The breakfast was very rich and everything was fresh and carefully prepared. The hotel rooms are adequate and tailored to your needs. We stayed in one of the rooms with a balcony, and it was very pleasant to sit on the balcony in the evening and enjoy the tranquillity of the island. The island is often crowded with day-trippers, but I recommend staying here because it’s just outside the chaos of the centre yet still very close. And this place gave us all that with genuine warmth. The hotel’s location is equidistant from everywhere on the island, which is exactly what you need. We would like to thank Özgür for showing us what it means to have a great attitude and be professional, and for providing such high-quality service.

We had a wonderful stay at Nizam Butik Otel during our first visit to Büyükada. The owner, Özgür and Mehtap were very welcoming and greeted us with fresh lemon juice. He even showed us three room options so we could choose the one we liked best. Özgür and Mehtap were always friendly and helpful, offering free water and making sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The Turkish breakfast was amazing, with plenty of variety and delicious options, even when we check out and about to leave, they gifted us with a nice wrapped box full of delicious Turkish sweets. The hotel is in a great location, charming, and our room was clean and cozy. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we’ll definitely stay here again when we return. Highly recommended!

Nothing was bad

The staff here was amazing. Upon arrival they welcomed us with a drink and showed us to our room. Our room was located up the top. While the room was not too big, it was fine for the 3 of us (2 + baby) and waking up there felt magical. The breakfast was fenomenal, the food overall was great but the main thing that made our stay here wonderful was the interaction with the staff who made us feel like we were family visiting. If we'd ever return to Büyükada, we will return here! Also, superb island! Nice to get away from the business in the city and just go for a stroll through the park and town.

First of all, this stay was one of our great stays from all the time of our 20+ years of travelling! Superb warm welcome by Ozgur, who is fab host, who has helped us in many things, including preparing a great table for my birthday dinner. He has recommended me and my wife the best beach around which is Yoruk-Ali, which is just 10 minutes walk from the property. Don't use the Nizam beach which is very poor. Very tasty Turkish breakfasts, where you are welcome to eat from 8:00am till noon, anytime. Ozgur gave a great birthday present at the end of our 2 night stay. I am sure I will bring my parents next year to Nizam Butik Otel!!! All the best to you and would love to meet again next time!

The staff is awesome! Super friendly, super nice, super hospitable! The warmest relations i have ever experienced! The owner was so nice - he was providing free drinks and turkish delights to the children during our stay! The location is very good - just 5 minutes by ba2/5 buses from clock tower, 2 minutes from a small beach and 5 minutes from the park entrance. The rooms are not very big but cozy - we were staying on the second floor - the rooms have balconies. The breakfast is Turkish and pretty big - enough for the man.

The mosque is just 30 meters away - so during the night there is a call for a pray which can wake you up if your are not used to it already in Turkey.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly kind and helpful , he assisted us with everything we needed and even brought sweets for our child, which was such a thoughtful gesture. Although we missed breakfast time, he still served it for us later, even around noon! 😊 Thank you so much for your hospitality we had so much fun staying here. We’ll definitely choose this hotel again! 🌟

Everything was perfect. Copious breakfast, extremely welcoming host, clean and tidy rooms, peace, relaxation, etc. The island is one of the top destinations for an escape from Istanbul. I learned about her from some Turkish friends. The central area is extremely lively. The farther you get from the port, the quieter it gets. The architecture of the island houses will surely amaze you. We recommend a one-day bike tour to see it as a whole.

We were very lucky to choose this hotel for New Year stay, the host is great and we felt very wellcome. Our room was small but directly looking at the sea, so we really enjoyed it. Hotel location is further up, not in the port area, but that was only better for us as there was no noise. On 1st of January we were allowed to stay longer than normal check out time, we really appreciated this. If we come back to Buyukada island, we will chose this place for sure.

We felt that breakfast selection could be improved, compared to other places in Turkey we stayed in.
