Old vintage place ... 100 years old building ... very nice decor and calm place with a calm secret garden resturant . Staff are really helpful and nice . Hotel rooms are big with old nice windows . The hotel is built with wood only .

It is not a dislike but it is something that might concen visitors . Since the hotel is old and built from wood . Sounds when walking can be heared and squiking noises may sound . But it is normal because the hotel is a vintage old hotel .

Amazing palace hotel. The room was splendid with the palace theme. Very nice & friendly staff. It was just 5 mins walk from the dock as well and in the centre of everything so great location as well. Thanks for an amazing stay. Will definitely come back here next time we're in Büyükada.

The service was excellent - from manager Guney to restaurant staff . Secret garden serves great food in generous portions . The location is great - a little away from the hustle and bustle of the pier but only a 10 minute slow walk . Room size is good.

Housekeeping could be more efficient. forgot to clean room on day 1 despite the ‘Clean Room’ sign bring up. Forgot to top up water in day 2. However it was rectified quickly

Really good hotel, old, but comfy, great location in 2min from the port, lots of shops around, plus very good restaurant (Secret Garden). Personnel is great, kind and helpful.

Location is amazing, the best seafood restaurant on the island. The room looks very authentic, not too small, comfortable, and clean. I recomend to stay here.

Quite close to the mosque, I woke up very early and couldn't get back to sleep. Next time, I would bring earplugs :)

We loved the character and style of the building. The room was very spacious and everything we needed was there. Great place for a tastfull breakfast (in the secret garden). The bottle of wine and fruit as a welcome gift were lovely.

The hotel was great, and we have been welcomed with a bottle of wine and fruit, really appreciated ! The room was very nice and with all comforts, comfortable bed, and elegant furniture.

To be honest, living in Turkey, I know the breakfast could be better than that. Just a few small details and it could be a perfect Turkish breakfast. A little bit attention to the details, for example we asked for Cappuccino and they did a nescafe with milk, you don't want that in a boutique hotel.

The hotel is easy to reach from the main ferry station. Rooms are big and comfortable and the stuff is very friendly

The location is close to most interest areas in Adalar (Buyukada), while the hotel itself is lovely. The hospitality of the staff is a plus! I enjoyed the stay and I am looking forward to going back there someday. In terms of breakfast maybe they should diversify it a bit but we only stayed for 2 days, so I cannot say if they will change it in the following days. The Secret garden is amazing!

One of the cozy and nice place I have been. Very clean apartments and perfect garden with restaurant inside. Breakfasts were beautiful! Good location inside the town, 5 minutes by walk from the pier.
