Everything in offer were near to perfect; it’s location is 8 minutes easy walking distance from the boat pier, yet far from razzmatazz of the island’s commercial center, very quiet and peaceful. It is a small scale, cosy, very clean, homely hotel. The breakfasts were just excellent; can not be better, a mixture of continental and Turkish food, all very fresh and plenty. The owners Messrs. Naim and Bayram were very welcoming, helpful and attendant.

Nothing! There perhaps be few petty items which can be improved, but the attention given to the details to correct them were obvious. 👍

A short walk from the pier, and a shorter walk to nearby restaurants and free swimming spots, about a half-hour walk to a beach. We were given a free room upgrade, receiving a top-story room with a balcony looking out at the sea (and a nearby building being demolished). Large bathroom, sufficient amounts of furniture. Very friendly (but not intrusive) staff. The breakfast was served on the street outside, and had enough vegetarian / vegan options.

One evening wi-fi cut off. The stairs are steep (the building being historical) - fine for us may need to be kept in mind by the less mobile.

The hotel is outstanding due to it's owner! He is a very kind and open person. In my life I have never seen such a place where I would sit and enjoy conversation with hotel owner outside every evening, watch football, and after a few drinks go fishing at 11PM at night (sorry again for loosing your fishing weights, haha). Whatever essentials you need you can ask for and get, as well as any questions of yours will be answered. He is always open to conversation and can tell you many jokes and things about Turkey. Also, the owner was too kind and organized a nice dinner barbecue on our last day. We rented two rooms and both had a balcony with sea view. The location is great, the street is quiet, but it is right next to the main street with shops and restaurants. It's a 5 minute walk from the ferry that goes to the mainland. Also, it's a 1 minute walk to the sea and public staircases where you can swim for free and get arguably better experience than on paid beaches in Buyukarda. To my family it was a great travel hack, you can got to swim and go back to your hotel 5 times a day instead of paying for a day at private beach and sitting there all day.

-Location is very good and very near to port and shore in addition cafes and restaurants around - staff and hospitality is amazing especially the owner and the guy who prepare breakfast is very charming and helpful - WIFI is very good - roam is big and clean like the photo - breakfast is very good and delicious (never see like that in any hotel in same category) - beside mosque for Muslims who want to pray

Cute, old fashioned hotel with a very nice owner. The location is great, close enough to the ferry and far enough from the tourist center. Also only one minute to the sea! We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere of the island and hotel very much and would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, we did not get the room reserved. The room was similar, but I would have preferred the one I booked. As previous guests were writing some updates of furniture/renovations are required.

The host was very friendly and nice, we had two rooms for one night and everything was perfect, the breakfast was complete and very good and we loved it. Everything we needed was given to us, coffee and tea were free during the stay. I recommend booking this small hotel.

There were no blankets in the room for 2 people, and it would be much better if there was a net on the windows to prevent mosquitoes from entering.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They made us sure that we don’t lack anything. One of the best places to stay in Büyükada. 1 minute walking distance to the sea and 3 minutes to all the markets, shops, bakeries etc. The location of the property is one of the bests when it comes to practicality.

Staff & property excellent. My room was as expected going by photos. I asked if I could get a room with an outdoor space & the manager changed me over as soon as one became available. Great location so close to shops & restaurants but in a quiet area. Excellent breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing to not like.

A nice little hotel with friendly staff and tasty breakfasts. Room looked exactly as on the photos and had all the necessary amenities. Balcony with a sea view was a welcome addition. We loved our stay and we'll definitely choose this place again when we are back in Buyukada.

We really liked the hotel with its friendly atmosphere. It is situated very close to the ferry terminal, only a couple of minutes away on foot. This means that it is right next to the busy centre yet far enough to be in a quiet street, where only the gulls can make noise. The Mermaid Statue is also close, where one can get into the sea and have a swim. Our room was cozy with lots of light, the bed comfortable, and we had a huge bathroom and terrace.

Unfortunately, we had to leave early in the morning at 7 am, therefore, we could not have breakfast (that started only from 9 am).
