Good breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Central location near museum, taxi ranks, restaurants. 15-20 mins walk with luggage from central minibus terminus.

Breakfast tea was not very good.

The owner and her assistants are very kind and helpful. Payment must be in cash TRL, EU, US. Atm's are close by. We were lucky with parking outside on the street.. if not, there's parking lot close by they'll direct you to after dropping off luggage. The room, bed & bathroom are mostly remodeled and very comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants. Breakfast has adequate tasty offerings. For the price it's very fair.

If sensitive, a tad noisy as the sun rises... but we fell back to sleep until 8:30 both mornings!!

It’s not a particulary exciting hotel but it does the job well. Staff were present at check-in and allowed me check into my room early. Room was basic but clean. Had TV and fridge, which is a definite plus. Bed and shower were good. Breakfast was decent, nothing special but did the job. Overall happy with my stay. Only downside was how dark the bathroom was, I would suggest fixing the main light there.

Nice view of Pergamon from room. Food and shops at your doorstep. Breakfast was great. The home made biscuits and desert were delicious. The room was more like a hotel then a family run accommodation. Card entry access and power activation. A decent enough flat screen. Beds were comfortable. Parking right out front if you can snag one. Didn’t seem to be a problem though.

Bathroom on the small size but I’m not a big guy so wasn’t an issue. Clean and has a great shower head

The hotel is basic but efficient for a short stay to visit Pergamon. There is a kettle in the room but they do not provide water, tea bags, etc. WiFi was stable and fast. The hot water was hot. Heating in the room was achieved with the air conditioner; there is also a radiator but I guess the weather was not cold enough (around +13C) to turn it on. There is an elevator in the building. Quick and friendly check-in. Quiet at night, even with opened window. Excellent location - Bergama museum is across the street, both Asclepion and Red Basilica are in walkable distance, a taxi stand around the corner, the local buses terminal in 500 meters (note that "otogar" - the intercity bus station - is far out of the town).

Not really a problem but breakfast is quite basic: boiled egg, choice of cheese, some vegetable, bread, spreads, cereals. Good tea but instant coffee. However, as the hotel is quite small, I understand that a full-scale hot breakfast may be not viable economically.

January 2024 Well, we're back, after 4 years. The great same service, warm rooms and great view of the Acropolis. A tasty buffet breakfast and great location too. The staff were once again exceptional. We'll be happy to stay here again should we return for a fourth visit to Bergama. January 2019 Loved this hotel, super friendly staff and great rooms. Price was reasonable and nothing was too much trouble. Would stay here again for sure.

Excellent room, very clean and comfortable. The room had a minibar, air conditioning and an excellent bed to rest on after visiting Pergamon. Great location; close to the Pergamon Museum and shopping areas such as restaurants and supermarkets. Very polite and helpful staff.

A typical Turkish breakfast is served buffet style. The only issue for me was the lack of fresh coffee, with instant coffee being served instead (in my experience this is common in many hotels in Turkey). The national drink is Turkish tea).

This hotel provided all we needed for an overnight stay.

This was one of two hotels in Turkey that we had not prepaid. Both wanted to be paid in Euros which I did not have. This one added 8% to our bill to be paid by card in lira. For the other we withdrew Euros from an atm which charged 8%. Booker beware. No parking on site. We found street parking 500 metres from hotel

- very nice receptionists (helped me with all the info needed); - very nice facilities in the room (e.g. mini fridge) - good wifi

- the smell in the bathroom would be very weird when the light was closed and ventilation was off - suggestion: maybe offer tea also outside the breakfast

We only stayed one night here when visiting the area to see the Pergamon ruins. Perfect for us- family with kids 5 & 8 years. Beautiful view of the acropolis. Great restaurant suggestion from the staff who were also friendly and helpful.
