good point location near lotus and market easy can go central with car too. staff is OMG it good with mind and heart. from guard-man when we get into doorman and check-in staff is the best. room is good as price we paid.

need to fix point. cleanness around hotel need to improve. not bad but if you fix. it will be making you hotel look better. and in room air-condition need to fix or new set-up because, it can't set temp. I set to 30 but still cold cold cold so, I have to close it for a while.

Stayed for 4 nights. Everything you would expect from a 5* hotel. Good sized room, with a big bathroom. I had an Executive room, and the Executive Lounge was the ideal pit-stop for afternoon tea. Worth the cost of upgrade. Great breakfast buffet. Would stay again if passing through the city again.

Nothing, met my expectations and more.

Comfortable hotel, excellent value for money. Car is convenient but local transport also easy to arrange. Good bed, good internet, good shower. The room service was exceptional: good quality basic food, prepared rapidly for prices rarely seen in hotels of this quality. All staff interactions okay, many very pleasant. Gym was well equipped, pool is good too. Breakfast buffet was good for local food, international food like in any such hotel in Thailand.

Nothing big and something that's hard to fix for hotel, but it's a prime wedding party venue in town and the lobby, including lobby bar/coffee shop are taken over by large wedding parties, at least on the weekend we were there. Ideally would have been bit more separate entrance and space wise from services for other guests, but clearly nothing major and would very happily stay here again.

I came to grand fortune not knowing any Thai, not knowing how to ride a motor bike, and starting a new job not knowing anyone out here. I stayed at grand fortune for a month, the security in the mornings helped me with my bike , and helped me feel comfortable driving it. Whenever I asked questions everyone was kind, and helped me with my Thai when I asked and were understanding that I spoke very little , I would definitely recommend

Nice hotel, near to tesco

The coffee machine at the lobby must add tea too. The coffee in the machine is horrible, and the cake is dry too. They fly around the lobby table. Breakfast is the same food not only of this stay but my past stay too. Need more training for the waiter's at the coffee station to do good thai tea.

Breakfast is, good, All staff is very friendly, Excellent elevator management, never had to wait more then 15 seconds!!!

The building is poorly built. Can hear every word from the neighbor next door or above/below. Not enough parking space as almost daily big events in the hotel.

Exactly as expected, nicely appointed modern 5 star hotel, situated on a main road so good access, efficient reception, clean stylish room and ensuite, great buffet breakfast, porters good

Great location, variety of breakfast, friendly staff at the reception.

Reservation staff can't speak english, it's very frustrating to communicate and also double charges on the stay without looking at the details of the guest. Need to improve the level of English other than that is excellent.

Everything. Everytime stay overnight in Nakhon we look forward to staying at this hotel. The bedding deserves a special mention but everything is great, from breakfast to the parking and the valet staff
