During our holiday we stayed at some good hotels and some shocking ones and to choose on Booking.com they all look the same and many a similar price!!! However I can honestly say this was the best one. It was extremely clean, very, very comfortable and the nicest 'smelling' (the previous night we spent the night in a dump, so maybe I was just glad to get something nice LOL) Everything just felt right as you stepped through the door and our room looked out over a golf club and the 'vista' was excellent. The breakfast was OK (see below) but we dined out the previous evening at a restuarant that I think was attached to the golf club? the food was really good ( and good value for money) and the draught beer was excellent (local - spotted cow I think)

The breakfast was the usual fair (why don't American hotels offer something else, healthy options like more fruit, not just apples that look like they have been there a few weeks) after a couple of days in the US, the shine soon wears off 'biscuits and gravy', bagels and waffles covered in syrup. Sad I only could stay the one night but no idea what's around Barron though, looked pretty in the glorious sunshine?

The room was very comfortable, and the breakfast was good. It's always nice to have a hot breakfast when you're traveling. So many places today just want to give you some cold cereal and a muffin.

They take out a security deposit I wasn't aware of. It was $40 over my room fee. It doesn't seem to bad, but it was a good dinner out with my wife. It took 4 days to get it back. This is a good reason for me not to stay again.

I come and stay at the cobblestone at least once or twice a year. I always rent the room with the jacuzzi. it's a nice, quiet place to stay even though it's on the highway

I think the breakfast has gotten worse over the years. the last two times I was there it was really bad. that was twice this year 2024. I almost stayed someplace else to try a different breakfast

If your booking a room there is a difference between handicap room and disability room the disability room does NOT have a walk in shower! If u have a hard time stepping over a tub (like my 75 year old mom) please specify a handicap room 😊

Breakfast was small but good and appreciated the waffle maker and hot eggs/sausage. Staff was very nice.

Would have cost less to book at resort with our AAA. That was disappointing to learn. No elevator to 2nd floor

Although no issue for me and my wife, other family members struggled with the 2nd floor stairs. An elevator would have been helpful

Everything was very clean and the staff very friendly! It was nice to gave actual warm eggs and meat for breakfast. Good selection of other items as well.

Tv watching situation. Lots of connection issues with HULU. Shows would start and stop or you would have to totally reload them. I like to be able to just turn on the TV and have something to watch. I didn’t like having to search for something to watch.

Very clean and pleasant hotel. Never heard a sound while staying there. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Pleasant staff.

Sink faucet sprayed all over

They didn't have a pool, or an elevator to help cart our stuff up to our room.
