They went over and above to help us.
Somebody at booking.com needs to do a better job of getting dates correct. When we got there they told us we were booked for 8/1 thru 8/3 which was incorrect. The dates were 7/29 thru 7/30, so there fore there was NO room for us, AmeriVu Inn & Suites went over & above and did manage to find us a room, as we were 300 miles from home for a wedding. Will never use Booking.com again!

The room was very clean. The drapes do need some repair as they have come unclipped from traverse rod. The proprietor and desk staff were great..
Hopefully the next time we stay the pool will be operational. However these things happen and take time to repair

Clean roomy rooms with nice furniture and comfortable beds.
Pool and hot tub were closed. Breakfast supplies were sparse, but refilled upon request. Seemed quite expensive for the area and hotel quality.

Everything was great. Very clean establishment. Cute little kid pool with the average size pool with a slide and hot tub. The sauna was closed for covid but that's not their fault. Room was very spacious and CLEAN. Super nice owners. He even had a nice lounge with a bar. Breakfast was better than the basic places. I would definitely stay again if I'm in the area.
The bed was VERY firm, but not disappointed because we know how they get worn out and how.... Don't have much to complain about besides that.

Breakfast was pretty pathetic, there was only 1 fruit, no eggs or meat, no cereal, there was only 1 packet of sweet and low for coffee, I did like the real coffee cups in the room, ceramic coffee cups is a great idea, I guess if no one steals them from you.

The pool is awesome. The available kids pool, hot tub and large pool with water slide allowed our whole family to enjoy the pool!
It would be nice to have a comfy chair in the room as an alternate for sitting on the bed
