Staff is excellent, very friendly and organized!! They did an excellent job of re organizing the arrangements for Birkie Week 2025! A very important week for your hotel!!!!

I like everything and stay there whenever I’m in Hayward!!!

The staff were incredible. We stayed for about 12 nights at this hotel and the staff were absolutely the best part. They were friendly and helpful and made the stay more enjoyable.

Location and cleanliness

Bathroom—need tall toilets; more rooms with walk in showers rather than tub/shower combo; and tile needs good scrubbing. Needs elevator to access 2nd floor

The breakfast was fine and more than I had anticipated. The staff made sure the tables were cleaned and turned over quickly.

Stronger/better coffee. It seemed thin.

Everything was great, very quiet. Snacks and soda machine was nice and pool and spa were great. The only thing I did not understand was why people off the street were being let in to use the pool?

Excellent breakfast, very clean room. Accommodated us needing blankets & late check-in.

Hot tub, key reader on outside door to property (not locked), and some outlets were broken.

Room was very quiet and dark compared to most hotels I've stayed at. Both huge bonuses for me.

Carpet could stand to be deep cleaned but to be expected anywhere the main attraction is hiking, mountain biking and offroading. Not a deal breaker to me.

Staff was very friendly. It was nice to have eggs for once at breakfast. Most of the places we’ve been staying at is biscuits and gravy which I would expect visiting southern states, but it was places throughout Wisconsin.

Facility was clean, quiet, and felt safe. Staff was polite, friendly, and helpful.

Literally nothing. No complaints whatsoever.
