very friendly and professional host, they were always fast and accommodating in answering any of my questions. the room was comfortable and the air conditioning very effective - in my case, being Christmas time, producing excellent heating during both day and night, which here in winter is not a given at all especially in the old buildings of the historic center. a lovely cleaner comes every day to tidy up the room and brings new bath towels every other day. the location is awesome, you can't get more central than this (but bear this in mind for the night in case you struggle with some noise outside, depending on the season).

just a couple of minor electrical snags (a single plug and light switch not responding) - but nothing really inconveniencing.

Top location in the middle of the city and very close to the beach and the fortress. Very friendly and helpful staff; they gave us super recommendations for places to have dinner.

The host is very serviable. For breakfast, they give you a coupon to go to a cafe nearby. It is near all the restaurants and the castle, which makes a nice little visit.

It was not a problem for us but, be aware that the rooms are scattered across different buildings and for ours there were no elevator.

Great location. Walking distance from train station too. Water tank wasn’t big, so for me with very long hair I always ended up with a cold shower. No hairdryer so bring one if needed. My room was cleaned every day. Got a free upgrade too. Recommended

We had the most wonderful experience at the bed and breakfast. The staff was very kind and helped us a lot with some inquiries we had about the town. The bedding was clean, the accommodation was well maintained and also the service and cleaning of the room every day was without any problems.

I was thinking to stay at the adresse shown on booking but I was moved to another location which is not far from the previous hotel. I liked the location and the room was big. Like that it's pet friendly. Before I arrived the hotel they explained me where to park my car. They have a free breakfast coupon which you can choose to have your Italian breakfast on different cafés.

Only thing was a too hard bed in the economy room, until we upgraded rooms.

Great location, nice personnel, clean room. Super helpful personnel assured pick up of us from Bari airport even though that our flight was delayed by 2 hours so we arrived at 2 am!

Harder bed, noisy A/C, A/C blew into the bunk bed of our kids.

Great location (close to the beach and in the evening good walking area with restaurants, bars, …) and friendly staff, always ready to help.

Breakfast in the cafe (incl. only one croissant + one drink). I do not recommend using the garage, there will be no careful attitude to the car.

The location of the room was the best you may find, also the location of the breakfast bar, right near the cathedral, in front of the castle. What more can you want ...
