The beds and breakfast were good.

Our bathroom tub water wouldn’t stop leaking so we could sleep good from the sound.

Staff was great! Very accommodating

I arrived around 9pm and left at 5:00am. Check in was great and quick with nice staff. The problem was I need to get to bed quickly as I was up early. The room was 80+ degrees and the AC was way too small to cool the room. It finally cooled off around 3 am so I couldn’t sleep hardly at all because of the heat. If you operate a hotel in South Texas, in the summer, why the hell would you let a guest room get that hot? To save a couple dimes on utility costs? I will be contacting your company for a refund! I would have been more comfortable sleeping in my truck in the parking lot!

My room was given to someone else who happened to have the same name as me..

Dirty room asked manager to clean room and was not done asked to be moved from one room to another next room was dirty also finally got clean room left oral B toothbrush in room called back several times to report no 0ne would help valued $150.00

It looked nice and everything from the outside, inside was also nice

Rooms were not too nice, towels were kind of questionable, had some red paint on or who knows what!!, office chairs need to be replaced, the first room we were given, the pillows had a funny odor, and at night from midnight to 5 am there was someone slamming the doors every hour and a half, terrible, second night, we were moved to a different room, towels, pillows and overall the room was clean, not that we mind, but for a Hampton to have office chairs looking like that, is unacceptable, there were kids playing in the hallway from 6:30 am to 9:30 that next morning, we picked that place to go rest, but we couldn’t, it was a terrible experience , plus first and second night there were some estrange people sitting inside a couple of vehicles, we got the impression that there was some dealing going on there

The room was not complete, tile was missing in bathroom, shower handle loose, ceiling not painted after repair, thermostat not working, second room tub not clean. Room across the hallway had door off hinges and construction supplies visible to visitors
