This has been my third stay here at this Holiday Inn in Pearsall this year, while traveling for work near Laredo. It is convenient to my needs as well as the HEB across the interstate. Rooms are well appointed, and my requests for my room reservation to be on the West side of the hotel have been met. The East side fronts IH 35 which can be noisy at times. Though I truly can't answer as to how noisy that sounds inside the hotel on that end. As for the breakfast, it is well appointed and hearty enough for my needs, and compared to other hotels with breakfast included, this is by far one the best breakfast buffets I have experienced.

It was all good friendly staff.

I have yet to get a receipt from booking.com. The people at the hotel said since I booked at booking.com it would be emailed to me and that they could not print one up for me. I sure would like to get a receipt very soon.

Sleep was comfortable. Evening front desk clerk was very helpful on information pertaining to Pearsall areas. Made me fell welcome. Kudos to her (Olga).

Upstairs hallway carpet floor needed some cleaning.

Not enough towels, kept getting hot in room kept having to up a/c at night.

The shower made my stay very uncomfortable. Did not sleep well since I had to take a shower with cold water

The staff was very pleasant to talk to. The hotel, though not modern and in need of a bit of updating felt cozy and family oriented. It was very clean and the bed was very comfortable.

A light did not work in the bathroom

Henry was very helpful and was able to give us rooms near eachother even though they were not the same type

The rooms were spacious for the price paid, and the breakfast options were good.

The shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner containers were empty. There was a card that stated if you forgot toothpaste, a toothbrush, razor, etc., then they would provide it. They had toothpaste, but not toothbrushes. When I called the front desk for sheets for the pull-out sofa bed, no one answered, so I had to go down to the front desk to request them.

I liked how clean everything was and how comfortable the beds were! I also liked how easy check in and check out was.

In my opinion it was great. Nothing negative about it.
