Friendly staff, tasty breakfast, and a reasonably comfortable room

Unfortunately, the room was very noisy until late at night due to its location directly above the restaurant terrace

Really good breakfast, nothing was too much trouble for the very friendly staff. Feather pillows and duvet changed to non-allergenic without question. Convenient for the ski lift.

Sadly, due to a change in ownership/chef in the last 3 years, the restaurant menu no longer has some of our favourite traditional Austrian dishes such as Bauernschmaus, Leber Knodelsuppe or Salzburger Nockerl on offer. Saying that, the meals we did have were well cooked, tasty and reasonably priced. No tea/coffee making facilities in room - take a travel kettle!

Our group has visited this hotel 4 or 5 times over the years, and we always come back as it's such a lovely stay! Breakfast was lovely - good selection of continental options along with eggs and bacon. Evening meal also lovely, very attentive staff and happy for us to take our table early to have pre-dinner drinks and cards. Rooms were of a good size and all had balconies with lovely views. Great proximity to runs, only 100 yards or so from gondola.

No tea and coffee facilities in room which would have been preferable. Otherwise nothing bad to say!

Clean & comfortable guesthouse with beautiful Mountain Views. The staff made you feel like visiting family.

the location is just next to the cableway and city center in walkable distance
