The property was very much good. Along with the indoor and outdoor activities. The overall environment of the property it was well maintained. The property’s restaurant was amazing food taste was good. Everything was extra ordinary there. We loved it and we will surely visit it in the upcoming seasons.

Its a big vast property, staff is polite. There is recreation room as well having carrom, tt, pool, foos ball etc so one can have good fun there. Also, there is turf to play cricket or football etc. It has a temperature controlled swimming pool as well. Parking space is huge and it has few other fun activities as well. Overall, a nice property with lot of activities to spend time.

Quality of food can be better. Although they have good spread but taste is not upto the mark, whatever items we ordered were not upto the mark and costly as well for that quality of food. And both the times we visited the pool, we didnt find it very clean so had to avoid.

the location was perfect. the rooms were very clean. we were welcomed very well. the swimming pool was nice. the breakfast and the meals were good. special mention of the restaurant manager and his team at Ambrosia

room could have been a bit better. also no hooks in the bathroom just one to put the towel. and sink area needs waterproof mats since the entire area becomes wet

loved the place. It has a great collection on indoor and outdoor games. Perfect to spend time with family. Would highly recommend this place.

One issue we faced was the dinner options in particular were limited. However, there are good options just 3 Kms from the resort.

Ambience was good, staff was courteous, food was awesome.

Some issues with housekeeping.. also some facilities not been made available because of some wedding.

Overall experience was good , everything was well taken care of , Welcome to room allocation to Food quality , the play area , pool , everything was good.

Weekend could have been planned well with a live band / karaoke session / bonfire etc

The deck chairs still had water over them even after it had stopped raining. Our driver had to sleep in the car.. The property is so huge, hence requesting the management to make arrangements for their stay within the premises. The accommodation provided was substandard.. A hoarding of Tropical Retreat at the turning to guide people of the hotel's location is mandatory.

Staff is really good, and they're always ready to help. I was there with my daughter, and staff support and help made our stay cool.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Cocariches were there in room, and the pool was also not clean.

Need the life guard at swimming pool area.
