The most important for me/us, when we use a Hotel is, that its clean and the beds are good! I have travelled the World -next year, for 50 years, as a curious person and as a professional traveller, guidebook-writer and photographer, tourleader. I have to tell you, this Hotel, Ozana, is the best value for money, I have ever had. Everything was perfect, the roomsize, the painting, for storage, bathroom, fresh carpet, elevator. Breakfast was okay. But the best was the bed. The best beds, we have slept in in Years. Firm, clean fresh. Big and small pillows, So wonderful!! I dont understand why some hotels have very bad outworn beds. Ozana will be in my mind forever! Off course all hotels should be like this!

The balcony was shared with another room and while the neighbours were outside it was pretty noisy There was a stain on one of the sheets on the bed. Maybe coffee, still shouldn't be there. Parking was horrendous, the parking spaces are insufficient, the staff do help you out in finding a place to park tho, they were very polite.

The staff is very welcoming and they were helpful with everything. The location is good but only if you have a car. It's not in the city center but close to some shopping centers. I slept really well, the room was dark and I could hear no noise from the street. Breakfast was really good.

The things are a bit old and rusty, I think it would need a good renovation. Specially in the bathroom. WiFi is horrible, it hardly works at all.

Amazing standard for this price. Great luxury rooms. Good airconditioning. Great beds.

Party time in this hotel means restaurant closed and much noise. I don t like it when a hotel wants to make money in this way. In a hotel you are looking for some rest. Staff a bit laid back in te breakfast restaurant.

The staff. The room was big. The breakfast was very good. Hotel in central position. Has a restaurant. Has a gas station. Very close to: LIDL, KAUFLAND, DEICHMANN Close to ALTEX, DECATHLON, CARREFOUR MARKET.

Air conditioning was not that great. There was no free water/bar in the room. Limited number of parking spaces. Windows did not protect very well from traffic noise. For some reason there were a lot of allergens in the air (end of August). Just for info: BRD ATM was at 15 minutes of walking.

The room was nice, big , the mattress was good.

There is no air condition on the corridors. The locations is far from the city center and not walkable.

One of the few hotels that offers you a big mattress and a real bed. Not two small ones joined together.

Ok breakfast, nothing fancy but enough to get you satisfied. Room was clean and big. Bathroom was clean and big. Easy to check in and check out.

Very friendly staff, room was clean an cosy. Ac working well in the room, given the current heatwave. Breakfast was decent.

Not enough parking, had to park around the corner, before the petrol station. Restaurant was also closed on the day of my arrival.
