Hotel is on top on most aspects - facilities/cleanliness/locational advantage etc. The biggest USP of this Hotel is the annexed restaurant - Delhi Darbar - which offers great food.

Minor issues like non-functional AC remote etc., which were still addressed quickly. Complimentary breakfast could have been a lot better, in terms of range of food options, taste and quality. One has to largely make good with the cut watermelon fruit and the Frooti tetrapack on offer. There was no support for a slightly delayed checkout (matter of 2 hours). I traveled with my family including a kid and I stayed there for 4 nights. I wanted to check out around 1 pm (instead of 11 am) on a weekday (Wednesday) but my request has been politely denied although a breather of 30-45 minutes max has been provided.

This hotel is a good value for money. The rooms are extremely spacious and the hotel is ideally located on a busy road in Calangute, nevertheless, it is calm as the noise of the street can not be heard in the rooms. Next to the reception is an excellent restaurant, the Delhi Darbar, serving excellent North Indian food.

The breakfast could have been better with more fruits, however, egg dishes are always offered and the pool is not very deep, so rather for dipping than for swimming.

We genuinely really enjoyed our stay. It was only one night as we messed up our booking elsewhere but had we not already booked elsewhere we would definitely had stayed. Lovely big rooms, very good a.c. and lovely manager/staff and a very reasonable price. Also a short walk to the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants and bars but still nice and quiet on a night. It's probably the first time in a long time where the room is actually better than the pictures

Only slight issue was all the messages through booking com trying to get us to download an app to make part payment, which I didn't do. This could be a normal thing so I apologise if it is it but I wasn't comfortable sharing my card details elsewhere when they are linked on here. Don't let that put you off though as checking in etc was very fast

Swimming pool is good. Room service is good. Food in restaurant and breakfast is good taste wise. Breakfast area is unmanaged though. Service at pool side is really nice. You get towels, drinks etc at pool side, with direct service and pay later option.

Breakfast area is very under-developed and buffet is not properly arranged. Considering the cost of rooms and other parameters of hotel. Breakfast had 3 different dishes apart from bread toast, though I felt it was pretty much filling but looked unmanaged. Kindly uplift your breakfast area as per your hotel standard.

Staff could be more engaging and not much varieties in breakfast. Outside food is strictly not allowed.

The rooms are super clean and nice (relatively modern). The location is good. Staff was great! Short walk to the beach. Close to the main road but not loud.

Breakfast is on the fifth floor. The variety of the breakfast was relatively poor. Although the upper floor has a great view the space could use a serious makeover. The breakfast is thus the only thing they could upgrade.

Only problem is the timing of breakfast, breakfast started very late as u already aware maximum activities bus pickup will come to ur location around 830 am to 9 am..... So your break fast time is start at 830 am so every day people will miss. So please start the break fast at 730 am to 10 30 am... It's good for people to have breakfast and go. Rgds

I really loved the Ambiance of the Hotel and Exceptional room. The location is the best part of this Hotel as beach is very near from this Hotel and everything is easily accessible. Pool of the Hotel is very clean. and Really loved the breakfast that was served Hot and very delicious with different varieties. We got the scooty on rent very easily from here and on the way back to home we got the taxi as well. I will strongly recommend this hotel to my family, friends and office colleagues.

Room Size and room facilities. Room was with nice balcony, comfortable sofa cum bed. bathroom was spacious and every things was perfect.

Breakfast is delicious but limited menu. Service was good at breakfast time. They serve breakfast on roof top which is a non AC area. The hotel staff was good but needs some training in hospitality business.
