Centrally located in Calangute. Access to everything nearby - the beach, restaurants, shops, cafes, taxis, etc. However the hotel's ideally located on a quiet street. Cleanliness is key - house cleaning provided daily. They provide water bottles every day. The rooms are air conditioned room, spacious with comfortable beds. There is a restaurant that gives breakfast a la carte; as well as dinner. Nice meals at reasonable rates. The host, Simon is friendly and attends to your every need. This is the perfect stay for a solo traveler like me.

It's hard to find anything to dislike about my stay at this hotel.

Great hotel at a reasonable price with a swimming pool. Extremely comfortable and tidy. Free bottled water, fresh bed linen and cleaning every day. The main treasure of this hotel was the staff. Nothing was too much trouble, extremely polite and helpful. The cook at the hotel was a master chef, very good quality and tasty. Special credit and big thank you to Simon who is the manager of the hotel for the welcome.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, kind staff. Breakfast had lots of choice and was always delicious! Wi-Fi was spotty at times but nothing too inconvenient. Pool was clean and a refreshing change to the busyness of the beach. Overall was fantastic value for money and would recommend staying! Please be careful not to accept a taxi from right outside the hotel in the street.

The property was nice and was very close to the Calangute beach. The food was exceptional. Abhay and Abhi out of the staff members were very humble and supportive.

Upon checkin, we were attended by Mr. Anil who seemed quite rude and unprofessional. He displayed poor guiding skills regarding the property and when asked about the services available he simply made fun out of it and acted rudely. He had a very poor body language towards his guests and us and was not at all welcoming or approachable.

Pretty close to Calangute beach, daily cleaning, good breakfast, clean swimming pool and close to all other tourist places.

Lizards all over the hotel. They should do something about it. If you keep the balcony door open then lizards will enter your room. They must have some pet cats to eat those big lizards.

Stayed here in June for 2 weeks, found the staff very friendly, which made me feel at home. The room was excellently cleaned. The manager Simon was a gentleman and very helpful, as were the other staff. Looking forward to returning later this year.

Car parking area needs to be maintained as it was infested by rodents.Chances it may cause damage to electrical wiring parts of car.

central location, clean rooms, cozy and spacious. friendlys staff! I would not come back to Calangute as I didn’t like the drinking beach vibe, however I will look for this chain of hotels and stay there in other parts of india.

I wish pool hours were longer, 6 pm is too early! there is little to no shade in the pool so it was too hot to jump in the daytime and then when the sun is out pool hour is over!

The location was at the perfect area. Swimming pool was clean and enjoyable. The food was tasty Pocket friendly accommodation and restaurant Cleaning was at it best

The overall experience was good but the facility was not as expected , AC was not working properly. But as the rain arrived next day so the requirement for AC was reduced. TV was not working, remote was missing

Rooms were good for the price. Food was ok. The staff were very helpful and responsive and well behaved. Good location if you want to stay near the beach.

We had three rooms. One room AC took way too long to cool. The swimming pool timings were from 8:30AM to 6:30PM.. could have extended the timing till 8:30PM.
