Breakfast had a lot of variety and was different every day - great french toast especially, and there was a chef who would make eggs as per your request. Staff were very helpful across the board, especially the Chief Guest Officer and Mario who works at the villas. They upgraded us to a villa halfway through, and the pool and jacuzzi at the villa complex were great.

The WiFi in the rooms wasn't great - at times it was completely unusable. The WiFi in the villa worked perfectly though.

As always the hospitality at Casa De Goa was top notch.....Mario was the star in our trip

There has been no renovation that has taken place. It looks the same as the last 12 years. The Breakfast needs more continental in the menu. This could be because this is off season at Goa

All the staff members were so sweet , warm and welcoming , starting from the reception to housekeeping, security person . Everybody were so humble and always had a smiling face which made our day, Property is always kept clean , Room was spacious . Pool was clean. Special mention to the restaurant service . They serve you freshly cooked hot food always with a smile on the face . I regret i forgot the names of persons who helped us during our stay , a big shout out to all the staff working there all were nice. Thank You so much .

Food takes a little more time to come , Of-course good things take time.

Clean, decent pricing, breakfast spread was good with changing variety everyday. Swimming pool was good.

Housekeeping response was not proper, asked for toilet tissue roll but it never reached.

Very courteous staff, Clean rooms & pool, Location is close to beach, Ample parking at backside of hotel, In-house restaurant Casita is one of the best in the locality, Breakfast menu is awesome, many taxi & bike rental services are in viscidity.

The restaurant charges over 9% GST even for independent dine-in guests under the same GSTN as the hotel property, which doesn’t seem like a fair or appropriate practice. Additionally, in-room food packets and beer cans could simply be included in the room rent. It's not even INR 500+ worth. This would eliminate the hassle of tracking charges for each item and create a more seamless and positive guest experience.

Breakfast spread was good - quality was reasonably nice, though the dishes were repeated.

The service was practically non-existent. The parking lot was quite a distance from the rooms and it was difficult to manage each time. Also there was nobody available from 8 pm to 8 am - the poor security guy had to handle everything on his own. For the cost of the room, I think the service should have been much better.

Very good staff. Very close proximity to beach . Staff clean room every day . Toiletteries are stocked everyday . Food is a little bit expensive but taste is decent . Service is good .

Tv . You cannot connect smartphone to TV . So you cannot cast YouTube music on TV. You are stuck with whatever channels the TV offers .

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Excellent service. Nice room with comfortable beds. Good restaurant with plenty of choice, food available 24 hours! Arranged airport pick up/drop off and sightseeing tour all at reasonable prices. 5 mins walk to the beach and nice pool on site.

No major drawbacks. Hotel located in busy street but room quiet. Air-conditioning could do with updating. Otherwise a lovely stay, would recommend.

This resort has a great location and is at a 5mins walk from Calangute Beach. It has a quite big pool which is open 7am to 7pm. It has a Bar and Restaurant and the staff is extremely polite and friendly. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

The prices were too high for this property. I would pay max 4-5k per room for such a place.

Loved the locality, access to all places to wanted to visit, ease of checkin and checkout, cleanliness and how its in the main area yet no noises inside the property. Shoutout to the hospitality and services, always available at the reception and when the common parking was full, had a valet parking. Clean pool to enjoy, spacious rooms and bathrooms, and calm environment. Good breakfast - variety of breads, North Indian and South Indian cuisines!
