You can pay with a card. The hotel area in general and our room specifically were clean, the bathroom/shower was spacious enough. The ventilation in the shower is perfect, your mirror never gets steamed up. I appreciate a shaving kit with shaving gel. Once checked in, you get connected to the internal network which is used to order water, additional kits, room service, etc. All of this is delivered within 10 min. The restaurant staff was super friendly. The chef was even willing to cook for us during a break between lunch and dinner, and that was the best curry I had in the whole Goa!

The hotel doesn't have its own laundry service. They rely on an external business which prolongs delivery significantly. If you don't hand over your laundry before noon, you'll get it back in two days. No explanation was given by the receptionists. Later, we found out that the delay was due to the lack of dryers, so clothes were dried in the sun. I believe such a reputable hotel should have its own laundry with both a washing machine and a dryer. Also, if you need a taxi, you need to arrange it yourselves, the receptionists, for some reason, refuse to do it for you.

Fresh decor and in a good location

Cleanliness of public areas could improve especially the toilets, rates are high and so should the standards of cleanliness

While Swimming I would suggest you have a separate zone for Teenagers or only Mens as it causes issue when families are there and one instance happened when one of the men's group were smoking besides the pool and maybe some of the ash from their ash tray fell into the pool where me and my family was swimming. It went into an argument even though I did not point out anyone besides I just informed the security that there is ash in the swimming pool.

Great hotel for the price in Goa. Room (suite) was modern, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Bed comfortable and good shower. English speaking channels on tv. Room well stocked with amenities. Well positioned in calganute - on the edge of the busiest part which meant it was surprisingly quiet and peaceful within the grounds but easy to access plenty of bars, cafes and restaurants. Grounds are well maintained with plenty of greenery. Pool area nice to chill out in afternoon. Short walk to beach. Good for families and couples. We would definitely stay here again. Well run establishment with pleasant and friendly staff.

Bar and restaurant is a bit of a missed opportunity. It overlooks the pool and could be a real feature but is lacking atmosphere and so appeared to be under utilised.

Promod the pool man is one of the nicest people you can meet, every morning he comes and greets you with a good morning, always ready to help. Stayed at this hotel 7 times now, have to say its a brilliant hotel, staff are very helpful, and kind. Breakfast at the weekend can be a little bit Chaos,

The standard of cleaning for me has been lowered, twice my room was cleaned with dirty water and you could notice when entering the room, this needs to improve again to be the excellent standard it used to be.

Staffs were good, Facilities were awesome, swimming pool, breakfast varities of items, dishes were awesome which were order from menu in the room. Room size was really big and clean and tidy. Good balcony, view from balcony is good. Location was awesome, lots of eateries near by.

Charges were bit high side for rooms as well as for dishes being served in room. Looking to the quantity being served charge can be bit lower. Lunch and dinners buffet not being served in hotel restaurant although hotel being 4 stars.

The location!

The hotel is a good choice to stay with family.The only thing not likeable especially for a small family like us that the hotel usually has big groups and families staying together which can be very crowded and loud.If you are planning for a peaceful family time then you won’t get it here.

First I appreciate the staff's help(Our check-in time was at 2 PM, but they allowed us early check-in). The location is good, with everything around you. You can rent bikes or cars just at the entrance of this hotel. The staff were amazing and always helpful. A special shout-out to the chef; the food quality is really amazing and worth its price.

I wouldn't say I didn't like it, but I was disappointed that the swimming pool was under maintenance when we visited this time.

Bright airy and modern feel with goos aircon and WiFi.

I wasn’t allowed to wear a bikini in the pool only a full swimming costume allowed.
