We loved our stay at «regent lodge», its such good value for our money. Good, clean and spacious room with ac, bathroom, tv, fridge, kettle and eating area. The lobby is also very cozy, and staff friendly and helpful. The free breakfast was good

Me and my boyfriend were chilling in bed, and the staff opened the door without knocking, walked straight in and stood there for a few seconds before closing the door. We had the «do not disturb» hanging on the door. Awful… please talk to your staff.

location is very nice and there is convenience store right next to the hotel as well as a pharmacy and some small food stores as well. The good at the hotel was excellent and very good value for money!!! Highly recommend to try it out.

the hotel is still renovating so some of the older rooms are worn out but the newly renovated rooms are very nice and comfy. Go for the Deluxe rooms definitely worth the extra money.

Breakfast was a HUGE step up from other places I stayed at that offered breakfast as included. The room was big, with a large window which made it special and both the bed and the pillows were luxurious. No less than three staff members offered to carry my luggage, independent of one another. Two thumbs up from me for the willingness to assist.

We booked 2 double bedrooms and were allocated rooms 501 & 502. The rooms were newly renovated and both the room & bathroom were spacious. Everything was clean and luxurious. Breakfast was included in the price and there was ample choices. Wi-Fi seems to be set up for individual rooms and all standard internet movie channels are available. Car park was large but they have a staff member follow you with a golf buggy to bring you and your luggage to the hotel.

The hotel is after renovation so everything is completely new and very clean. The staff was very professional and always with a big great smile. We were upgraded at no additional cost. We highly recommend. We will definitely come back again🙏

Ongoing construction noise on-site every day from 10am to 5 pm. This is posted on signs in multiple places on the property but not shown on the Booking.com website. Hotel needs a simple basic excersize room. Hotel does not have a swimming pool.

We went to lampang for three nights on the back to our home in Chiang Mai, first time in four years and we haven't been to lampang before. It's not the Raj but for the money I'm sure this is unbeatable value. Sadly both my daughter and I got I'll on the train from BKK so we saw nothing of Lampang and didn't leave our room other than for supplies from 7/11 next door. I can honestly say I couldn't have wished for a better place to spend three days whilst I'll! Staff were polite, courteous a d respectful...they all always had masks on, from the moment we turned up. Very pleasant staff, a huge compliment to the hotel. Beds 10/10 comfy, firm but not rock Pillows 8/10 slightly too much filling for me WiFi 10/10 TV 9/10 all worked and UK channels with films Shower hot if needed Aircon powerful (we don't use but tested) Fresh compmwater each day Food was wonderful, fresh and excellent prices. All food is halal. And room service every day. Order and foods fresh cooked at the door in ten mins. Met with a smile by the staff, we left feeling much better and 80% replenished. Thankyou sincerely. We will be back to see.lampang soon for sure and stay again.

Would have been nice to have some teabags in the room to use with the kettle and cups they provide. Small thing, no an issue. All was very very good.

Big clean renovated air-conditioned rooms with brand new bathroom,high tech smart TV,tasty Thai style buffet breakfast and friendly helpful English speaking staff.

A fifteen minute walk to the middle of town
