The breakfast had a big choice, and the food was lovely and hot, All the staff in every department was more than help full. This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel, but we have all ready made up our mind that when we come to Rayong, which is about every two weeks, This is the hotel for us. Location perfect.

There isn't anything that we didn't like about the hotel. Its excellent very modern, and the staff lovely.

nice and clean hotel, the swimmingpool area is pleasent, gym is basic. Breakfast is good, wifi worked well, but for streaming a bit slowly [6th floor]. there is a night foodmarket nearby with very tasty fishes!

currently construction works around the poolarea. Crossing the busy Sukhumvit road is a bit challenging :)

-Hotel is big, 3 separate buildings -Building C’s interior was new, looks like not over 1 year -Had a bar that serves till 2:00 am -Location is good for guests that drive.

-Rooms service was neglected, not sure they missed it or because my not leaving tips in room. -Building is constructed at low cost. Can see the p layout is simply, function is plain, materials used in building are cheap.

Great location and modern room.

There was no dinner option in the restaurant. It was open 6.00-14.00. It was confusing as I always choose hotel based on its restaurant as I always eat in there. It was advertised with restaurant but it didn't mentioned its opening hours. Apart from this it was good.

Every staff here is super friendly and nice. I love staff, location of this hotel. Breakfast is cool, we can choose quite a few.

Toilet paper is tissue and so tiny. I do understand the hotel wants to make environmental friendly image, but the toilet paper is too tiny, looks like for hobbits. The shower is not strong, water power is a bit weak.

The location is just right at the national highway and near Big C and Passion Mall. Also near bus stop. The hotel offers wide parking space as well.

The pool is not that pleasing - very small and not that private since its near the entrance to the conference room. But they have another pool located at building B of the hotel.

The staff there are very nice 👍 We transferred to another floor but so many kids and loud, after a calling to the reception they changed another floor for us immediately. Fast and life savers!!

The toilet paper is too tiny.

A large hotel, well sited with good access to all local amenities. Staff friendly & service great.

The rooms are spacious .Good breakfast. Few minutes drive to the beach, passion mall and central plaza. Food and drinks vending machines are available at the hotel.
