Bayleaf Hotel Cavite has always been our go-to comfort place! From their accommodating staff to the clean and cozy rooms, everything is superb. We were pleasantly surprised by the Saturday bubble party at the pool—our kids were absolutely thrilled! Every request was promptly attended to, and the breakfast was just as excellent as advertised. A little upgrade, like adding Netflix, would make the stay even more perfect.

I thought I booked at ₱5,900+ and was charged online, but upon arrival, I was surprised the amount was ₱6,900+. Maybe I overlooked the total cost, but it would be helpful if the booking process and charges were clearer to avoid confusion.

We loved that it’s pet-friendly! Our fur baby had his very first hotel experience, and it was amazing. We were initially hesitant to bring him along since he’s calm and sweet with us but tends to be protective and on guard around strangers. However, the staff, especially the guard and kuya lifeguard, were incredibly kind and understanding. They would simply smile every time our dog barked, which is something we’re not used to — most places we’ve been to would give us judgmental stares for this behavior. Our baby had the best time running around the pool area, watching people swim, and just soaking in the fun atmosphere. He did bark when people came near him, but not once were we called out for it. The lifeguard was so patient and understanding, letting our dog enjoy himself without making us feel uncomfortable. Thank you, The Bayleaf Cavite, for making our fur baby’s first hotel stay such a memorable one! We can’t wait to come back! xo, Ross, Charly, and Cuddle 🐾

The staff were nice, but others need to be more friendly like how the other hotels do it😊 Ms Lovely at the dining area who served during the breakfast was commendable for looking out for our needs during our stay.

Im just quite worried with the structural design...where the center of the hotel is a wide open area...while it is a very good air space, Im just worried that there may be an odd chance for a "suicide avenue" something? just my thoughts...maybe there should be more security structure that can be installed higher than the wall surrounding the center where the dining area is visible....

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Bayleaf Cavite. By far the best hotel (all new, clean and yet affordable) in the Philippines we've staid in. Very friendly and helpful staff, always ready to assist, with a smile. Great breakfast buffet. A special thank you to all staff in the lobby and in the restaurant/buffet, you are doing a great job!

Next to the hotel there is a construction site ; they do work during nighttime as well, so expect some noise at night !

#1 The Staff are tremendous. Professional, friendly, and exceptionally helpful. The staff made my staff a terrific experience and are the reason I will come back again. #2 The Pool is large and clean and the whole space was terrific. #3 Good eats at FIELDS. #4 The rooms are very clean and very comfortable. Lastly, See #1, I love the Staff

I would like to see water stations and a small store for conveniences. The hotel is not near to a convenience store and while the restaurant and bar are terrific, it is not easy to pick up small essentials.

Staff were very attentive. Doormen were very helpful and proactive. Reception was professional. Waiter and restaurant staff, very polite. Place was clean Upstairs restaurant was an excellent place to work. The managers perfume was always making the hotel smell better. The pool was great. Overall a great hotel. Would come again.

Probably the worst thing in the hotel was that some staff wear masks which is a little insulting to those of us whom lost family to useless vaccines to a false pandemic. Food was great, but in some cases waaaaay overpriced. A shrimp sandwich in UK would cost around £4 tops in a good hotel. Here it came to about £9??? You can get steak for that. The doors near the pool often smelt like poop. Entertainment was way too loud and although we tried a few times, we had to leave the room as it hurt our ears (and I'm partially deaf). The TV screens were a little old fashioned / grandad era and didn't work with casting from devices.

I really love staying at this hotel. The ambiance is very impressive and welcoming. The staff is very respectful and helpful. They always have smiles on their faces with a warm greeting. However, they really need newer bath towels. The towels are dinghy white. They are also not fluffy as I would expect a hotel of this caliber to be. All in all, aside from the towels, I still do love this place.

The property has lots of amenities to provide. The pool is well maintained, the gym is clean as well. The bar and restaurant provide lots of types of food and drinks. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The staff are accommodating and very attentive with our needs.

There really is nothing much that I didn't like maybe just a comment about the breakfast buffet. I was expecting more variety of food but nonetheless it was still good.

The restaurant and meals were good, the staff attentive. There was white wine available with meals. Coffee was good in the breakfast offering.

I was staying with a male colleague (separate rooms), we booked separate massages (different times). I was telephoned and offered an earlier time (which I accepted) I didn't realise that this was in the same room as my colleague. I felt uncomfortable in this situation. the therapist was very rough and jerked my leg causing pain to my knee. I chose the hotel as it seemed the best hotel, closest to Eagle Ridge Golf Club. Other players were also staying there however there is no shuttle and nothing else around the area to do. If so no one takes the time to provide this information. There was nowhere to have drinks or just sit and chat on Sunday evening other than the restaurant.

The hotel is exceptional. The staff are extremely professional and friendly, as is the case with all Philippine hotels. The room was very spacious, the bathroom was the same. The restaurants were first class, the food was great. I didn't get to use the pool or gym facilities but I could see both from my room and they looked very modern and clean. Others were enjoying these facilities so they must have been ok. It definitely is a four star hotel, no question about it.

Nothing, I loved it all. We will definitely stay here again in future visits to Cavite.
