The staff let us checked-in so early. We're just there to take a pic and put our bags. It's about 11am and our check in time is 3pm, but the staff told us we can go to our room. I'm very happy and impressed. I liked their soap very very fragrant, I hope they sell those kind of soap.

Very small toilet space can't even sit properly because there is a wall at side and there's soap rack and towel rack above the head. Sticky floor, better use a tile cleaner than fabric softener to mop the floor. And also the room I have has no privacy at all, the window shade can't even fully close, the people walking on the hall can see us on the side of the curtain, so we improvise, we use their chair to clip the curtain on the wall, so the side will be blind and the people can't see the inside.

our hotel room window was leaking due to heavy rain, no telephone in the room and we needed to request for it. Also, had a experience with heater malfunction in our CR.

The facade and the ambiance was amazing! we took so many pictures because the place is visually appealing!

Our room’s breaker and electricity kept turning off; no one could pinpoint why it was happening. We all assumed the water heater was overheating but it wasn’t really confirmed. The attendants and the staff were truly helpful and would come back each time it happened but no one knew what was triggering it. we still had to work during our first night so imagine our surprise each time the lights turned off. On our second night, the lights turned off more frequently after a day of not using it since we went to a wedding. We were moved to a different room on our second night at 3AM in the morning.

Five of us stayed in a room with 3 bedrooms and each has it's bathroom which was great. My cousins loved their beds. There was a refrigerator, a kettle, cups and wine glasses, too! Had our own balcony as well.

The air conditioner in the master bedroom was weird. The temperature kept increasing on it's own.. Couldn't take a hot shower oh my...it was freezing cold! Would also have loved to have coffee and tea. Wifi was weak but we had mobile data so can't really complain..

The room was huge! It was perfect for us 4 pax. 2 had their own beds, and 2 shared one. Nice white walls so the room feels light. Location-wise, fairly accessible but not on the main road. The design of the room and hotel generally is also pretty eclectic so that's an additional charm to the place even. It's a nice aesthetic - you'll remember even if you only stay for 1 night.

My first impression of this hotel is... I thought we were in Greece! The place is so amazing. There were trees and plants everywhere. You can find restaurants that offer different kinds of cuisine. When you get to the lobby you will see a very chic and elegant interior that had a lot of artwork displayed for the guest to qppreciate. I like that they did not ask for any incidentals and just paid for the amount that was provided on the website. Our Room was so elegant. They were clean, very comfortablw and the staff were extremely accomodating. We had a wonderful experience and at La Bella. They all went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Thank you so much and we will definitely comeback!

Just a minor setback was the heater in our shower did not work that night but were able to use then before we checked out. They offer spa treatments but they needed more choices like a massage package for customers. Some of the restaurants were a bit expensive.

The location was perfect. It was a short distance from the national road hence there wasn't any distracting noise. We had a very good breakfast. All the staff that we encountered and assisted us were great!!!

The bed though was not very comfy. But considering that we paid a very low amount, the overall ambiance, service, cleanliness far exceeded our expectations. Great job!!... you had a nice and lush garden too... By the way, the weekend music at Sweet Knot Haven was relaxing... loved it!!!

I liked the atmosphere and views. It was a great place to take instagram worthy pictures and the weather was perfect.

There was a lack of in-room facilities like a way to heat up cold meals. The room we were in was also close to the laundry room so it was a bit noisy. There was also one instance where a cockroach entered the room. Some lights were also non-functional

The location is good not far from the tourist spots and well-known restaurants. It is also quiet, a perfect place to relax. The staffs were friendly and welcoming.

There was a mishap/accident but the staffs were accommodating and helpful.

The place was very interesting and thematic. The location, while it may not be in the prime location of places and events in Tagaytay, it was still quite near to all the places we wanted to go in Tagaytay.

There are simple hotel standard items that were missing, such as a kettle and mug in case we wanted to make tea/coffee, or items like hangers for our clothes; but maybe those are included in the more pricier rooms?
