They can improve their breakfast options or at least make the quality of food better.

On our 1st day, I was informed by the front desk staff that the hotel doesn't provide tours but a day before we left when we needed to go to an outside restaurant, the front desk offered a taxi that can also provide tours. It would have been nice if it was offered earlier.

We stayed here for our daughter's 2nd birthday, and it was our first time booking a hotel in this price range. At first, I was a bit hesitant since I’m not used to spending that much for just one night, but honestly, it was totally worth it. A few hours after checking in and seeing our daughter enjoy the activities, my husband and I already felt like the experience alone made it worth every penny. The place is so comforting, like a home away from home. It almost felt like we lived there! We really appreciated the milk and Oreo they provided. It’s clear that the hotel is really kid-friendly. And I almost forgot, I only requested a free setup with balloons and a message, but they even added a cake for free! I was so touched. It was also nice how the staff kept updating us whenever scheduled activities for kids were about to start. The breakfast was delicious too! It really feels like home. This was definitely an unforgettable experience for our little family, especially since our baby had such a great time. Everyone was so accommodating, and we also had a great sleep - the beds were super comfy. This is definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Thank you, Hotel Kimberly! Until next time 🙂

Customer service and staffs, farm animals

The game room isn’t really free at all and a bit strict. Table tennis/billiards, you have to bring id. Basketball arcade is with token that you have to purchase. Foosball, not working. Water in the aqua slide IS REALLY COLD FOR BABIES AND KIDS. Even us, adults, felt the coldness!! Also, they mention it is heated pool for both main pools but it’s really not.

The staff, the room, the vibe, the farm, the breakfast. All very good.

This one's very minor, but given that the weather in Tagaytay is still cold till March, it would have been perfect if all the pools were heated even if it's just up to 28 degrees. The water on the pool slide was too cold for our kid, so we just settled on the heated kiddie pool across it.

Great facilities for the kids, including the swimming pool with water slides, indoor games room and small farm where the kids could feed the animals. Campfire was also great where the kids could toast marshmallows. Rooms were very clean.

Air con in the room was quite noisy. I was a bit annoyed that they tried to charge me for a broken mug which fell to the floor and broke during breakfast, wasn’t my fault but they apparently thought it was and tried to charge me for it. Apart from that, it was great.

I liked the property because it is family friendly from kids to older or senior adults. It’s also pet friendly. Ideal with families with fur babies. The staff were very courteous as well.

Overall the property was great and all. Just a comment on the deposit, if you are using a debit card, the money can be returned in 1-2 weeks according to the reservations team.

been here for 5 times already..last was with the whole family…we love being here that is why we keep on coming back…generous buffet breakfast…the staff is the hotel’s greatest asset..they would accommodate almost all request you can think of and would go beyond what is expected from them

Kids friendly hotel! Lots to offer for family with children! We were amazed by the cleanliness and well-maintained hotel and facilities. We love the open field, where the ducks, geese, chickens, and horses roam around. Bonfire with marshmallows was a new experience. Movie on the projector by the pool side with popcorns, great way to spend our evening! Breakfast was simple and nice. I have to say the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel room can be improved, should have some light in the hallway during day time. The kid's bicycle needs to be repaired. Besides that, no other complaints.
