We stayed here for our daughter's 2nd birthday, and it was our first time booking a hotel in this price range. At first, I was a bit hesitant since I’m not used to spending that much for just one night, but honestly, it was totally worth it. A few hours after checking in and seeing our daughter enjoy the activities, my husband and I already felt like the experience alone made it worth every penny. The place is so comforting, like a home away from home. It almost felt like we lived there! We really appreciated the milk and Oreo they provided. It’s clear that the hotel is really kid-friendly. And I almost forgot, I only requested a free setup with balloons and a message, but they even added a cake for free! I was so touched. It was also nice how the staff kept updating us whenever scheduled activities for kids were about to start. The breakfast was delicious too! It really feels like home. This was definitely an unforgettable experience for our little family, especially since our baby had such a great time. Everyone was so accommodating, and we also had a great sleep - the beds were super comfy. This is definitely a place we’d love to come back to. Thank you, Hotel Kimberly! Until next time 🙂

The staff, the room, the vibe, the farm, the breakfast. All very good.

This one's very minor, but given that the weather in Tagaytay is still cold till March, it would have been perfect if all the pools were heated even if it's just up to 28 degrees. The water on the pool slide was too cold for our kid, so we just settled on the heated kiddie pool across it.

Great facilities for the kids, including the swimming pool with water slides, indoor games room and small farm where the kids could feed the animals. Campfire was also great where the kids could toast marshmallows. Rooms were very clean.

Air con in the room was quite noisy. I was a bit annoyed that they tried to charge me for a broken mug which fell to the floor and broke during breakfast, wasn’t my fault but they apparently thought it was and tried to charge me for it. Apart from that, it was great.

Kids friendly hotel! Lots to offer for family with children! We were amazed by the cleanliness and well-maintained hotel and facilities. We love the open field, where the ducks, geese, chickens, and horses roam around. Bonfire with marshmallows was a new experience. Movie on the projector by the pool side with popcorns, great way to spend our evening! Breakfast was simple and nice. I have to say the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel room can be improved, should have some light in the hallway during day time. The kid's bicycle needs to be repaired. Besides that, no other complaints.

I liked the property because it is family friendly from kids to older or senior adults. It’s also pet friendly. Ideal with families with fur babies. The staff were very courteous as well.

Overall the property was great and all. Just a comment on the deposit, if you are using a debit card, the money can be returned in 1-2 weeks according to the reservations team.

The amenities designed for kids were a highlight of our stay. My children loved the spacious play area, which kept them entertained for hours. The hotel also offers a delightful kids' pool, making it easy for them to splash around while we relaxed nearby. Additionally, the staff were incredibly accommodating, providing us with everything we needed to ensure our kids felt right at home.

It's a good play for staycation. There are a lot of things to do for the kids and the family. There is a pool, water park, small animal farm, small vegetable garden, ponies where you can go on horseback riding. The view from our room is also relaxing because there is so much greenery-- trees and a lush lawn. Wish we brought swimming attire for the water park because my child wanted to play there.

Food has so much room for improvement. Ordered mozzarella sticks, carbonara, pizza and clubhouse sandwich. I only liked the sandwich. Mozzarella sticks were bland, carbonara and pizza were so so. Next time, I'll eat out or buy food before going to the hotel. Pillows were also lumpy. Wish they replace it with new ones.

it is an excellent staycation place for families. food is good and the staff are great. we maybe unlucky to pick rainy day in coming but everyone did their best to make up for the spoiled outdoor activities. they set up the bonfire as soon as the weather cleared (an hour earlier than scheduled) and moved the movie venue indoor where everyone watched as if they are in the comforts of their homes. their game room added more fun for both adults and kids.

not a big deal but maybe it is better to have regular pathway from the pools to the elevator without passing thru the lobby. better if floor is not tiled and slippery
