During my recent stay at the Embassy hotel in Italy, I was thoroughly impressed by the exceptional level of hospitality provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly welcomed. The staff are not only amazing but also incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Whether it was assisting with luggage, providing local recommendations, or accommodating special requests, their dedication to guest satisfaction was evident at every turn. One of the standout qualities of the staff was their genuine friendliness and attentiveness. They took the time to engage with guests on a personal level, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout the hotel. Moreover, their knowledge of the local area was invaluable. They provided insightful tips and recommendations for exploring the surrounding area, ensuring that I made the most of my time in Italy. Very friendly and helpful staff, from the receptionist(s), lady in the breakfast area and in the SPA zone, a huge plus for all the staff. Good location of the hotel, with free parking area for hotel guests, pool on the roof with two hydromassage baths (salt and fresh water). Good price for hotel guests to use the spa center. Comfy rooms, very good double bed, with terrace, wifi, safe, mini fridge and similar. Daily cleaning of the room provided. On a walking distance (approx. 5 minutes walk) is the beach where you can rent sunbeds and parasols, a lot of restaurants and bars. Breakfast is included in the price, a lot of choice to choose. Near the hotel there is a petrol station with a self car wash, if necessary. Great value for money. Once again, thumbs up for the hotel staff.

Nothing particularly, everything was good, with just a small investment, it would be great. I just don't know the reason why there is no trash can in the room, except the really small one in the bathroom.

Embassy Hotel is a lovely family run hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful including Elena the receptionist and her father, who gave me a lift to the station on a rainy morning. My room was very clean and there was a good selection for breakfast. It's only a short distance to the beach and there's even a swimming pool and spa on the roof. I would go back if I was in Cattolica again.

Water in pool and jacuzzi dirty, air conditioning too loud - had a damage which was not fixed even though we told the staff about that, balcony not nice because next hotel was just some meters away

Comfortable very clean room - ample and good quality breakfast - friendly and professional staff- easy parking - 10 minute easy walk to town center - 2 minutes to the beach - spa facilities excellent.

we had a room upgrade and it was very comfortable. Car park is not far from hotel.

If we could have gone to the carpark first as going to the hotel and then the carpark involves negotiating the one way system twice.

We could not use our EU adapter with your sockets.. Only socket that worked was in the bathroom. No salad for breakfast and same breakfast every day but it was still delicious

the hotel is really nice and quite new! the room was pretty spacious and clean, also the bathtubs were available. the sea is in 7 minutes walk, and the street with bars and cafes is just next to the hotel. the breakfast was included and it was really diverse, the staff were friendly and helpful it was a really great stay

Was a nice warm, welcoming from Fábio who made my staying more memorable. He has a funny and nice personality. Also the rest of the staff, the lady who made me a cappuccino or the other receptionist were very kind and professional. The room was very clean, modern and comfortable. Interesting type of the floor mat, really liked the design of it. Also the furniture, compact and with everything was needed. Pleasant to find water bottles in the fridge after long traveling.

The location was too far from the public transportation and complicated to arrive to it. The balcony didn't have any sea view, just in front of a wall from the opposite building. In the bathroom could be included also some small kit as cotton pads, toothpaste or hair conditioner.
