This is a nice property. It is a little older, but it’s not really that old. The rooms are quiet and I enjoyed that my king room had a really nice chair and good artwork in it. It was calming and it was a great shower with lots of water pressure. The breakfast has a bunch of options and you can get almost anything you would want for breakfast there. I liked the pool and the spa however, the spa needs some work. There are some of the chats that are not working. I can tell when someone painted the ceiling that they didn’t tape off the ceiling in the hallway so there is overspray on some of the paint. The remote for the TV is in the window because they charge it with the sun. A note for this would have been good.

Third time staying here. Great location and the staff are always very nice and helpful!

The bed was pretty firm and kinda lumpy so I found it uncomfortable. There was grease dripping all over the south door when I first arrived and it got all over me. I called the front desk and they took care of the issue right away though! The room was clean, but it’s old and dated so it looks dingy. The windows were awful. Couldn’t see out the middle pane at all it was so dirty/filmy on the outside. Had better stays in the regular rooms. This was the King Suite so I expected a lot better.

The scrambled eggs with cheese in the center was very satisfying along with sausage. All that was offered was adequate to give you a good start for the day.

I’m easy to please, but everything was great, no complaints to share.

The room was clean and there continental breakfast was really good, , the staff at the front desk was very nice and they accommodated me cause I have a walker by giving me a room on the bottom floor and it was the first room so I didn't have to walk far to get to the room.

Forgot our swimsuits for 2 weeks. They had the room number and our swimsuits saved and logged in a lost and found booklet. Super easy to send a family member to get our swimsuits from the front desk.

Everything was good.

The complimentary little soaps were good quality. The room was clean and checking in was a breeze. The pool and hot tub was clean. Breakfast had a good variety of choices.

It was an overall good experience.

Comfortable bed. Nice clean room.

The TV has a set volume control so you can’t turn it up. The heater/AC is SO loud that you can’t hear the tv unless you turn it off, so I basically just didn’t watch any tv. There is NO elevator.

Breakfast was great. Staff was helpful and friendly. I am handicapped and staff assisted me with breakfast.

Handicap accessible room should not be at the far end of the building.

They serve a very nice hot breakfast. We've stayed here many times and it is always clean and the staff always friendly. The location is very convenient for our needs while in town.

We travel with our dog and currently have to seek out different accommodations for her as this hotel does not allow pets. I continue to hope (and suggest) that they allow dogs in the future.

The staff was attentive and professional, the facility was clean

Not much, to be honest. We were expecting a pull out couch in the king suite as we were told there would be one, but we were accommodated with roll away beds. I wasn’t a fan of having to pay extra for those, though.
