Young man that checked us in was personable and curteous. Place was clean and the room with king bed was spacious. The location makes it good if you have a pet because there is much green space to walk your dog.

Although it was your pretty typical hotel breakfast, I found it kind of bland. I wish the eggs were scrambled instead of those tasteless round saucers.

The customer service was beyond what I am use to. We stay in a handful of hotels in the Minneapolis,MN area for my kids basketball and have never had such a caring and kind person check us in and out! AmeriVu was a very clean, quiet hotel with comfortable beds!

Staff was very helpful in providing an extra blanket and finding a lost watch. Very kind! My son loved the pool.

Fire alarm went off for a short time in the middle of the night with no evidence of fire.

The cleanliness of the rooms was top tier! The hotel staff were so kind and welcoming, they were able to work with us on minor changes with a smile! The breakfast was a good selection and the quietness of the hotel made it a great location!

The staff was exceptional. She was a pleasure to talk to. This is a fantastic place to stay. The bed was the most comfortable we have ever slept in. I can't say enough about it.

Absolutely nothing. It even had a little convenience store. The decor was so perfect!

Welcoming. Terrific staff. Good breakfast. Clean room, comfortable beds. They let us leave our motorcycles under the awning so they wouldn’t be out in the rain.

The breakfast could have been better, but I wasn't expecting much. Its a good value hotel in a smaller town as expected.

Brekfast qua.ity was lacking. Served on schedule but seemed like a lot of microwaved then warmed items.

The staff were incredible. Our toilet was clogged on Saturday night and someone was up to our room and took care of it in 10 mins. I was surprised there was a cleaning/maintenance person at the time. My husband then told me it was the front desk manager. I was very impressed.

The pool was not working. The outside sign still had the Indoor Pool light on. It was very disappointing to families planning on it.
