food was good but pancake machine was not working properly. cleaanliness was great and staff was great.

everything was great except there was something in the air in the room that made my eyes burn when i tried to sleep. so was not able to get a good nights sleep in. other than that i think the pool could have been a little bigger but food was great room was clean and bed was comfortable. staff was also very nice.

Check in was difficult, they couldn’t find my reservation and I had to contact booking.com to correct the problem.

Back to actual hot, good, complimentary breakfast! Hot water no matter what time the 3 of us needed a shower! Location and parking were great. Check in (explanations) and out along with breakfast was with friendly staff! Complimentary crib for my one year old!! Shower was excellent for my husband to bathe our 1 year old.

Hot Tub must have been in the works. Could hear every foot step from the room above us, however, side walls were very quiet, which was nice.

The room was nice and cool when we arrived. The shower was amazing as it had lots of pressure and nice and hot.

The breakfast was very disappointing! Overripe bananas and old oranges was a big disappointment, as I like fresh fruit for breakfast. The selection and variety was poor compared to previous stays and we didn’t even bothered to come for breakfast our second day and the first was a waste of time.

Faith at the desk was delightful- friendly and accommodating.

Grand forks sadly has gone downhill since covid lots stores restaurants gone. Holiday inn express is still wonderful prices still sane breakfast great, beds comfy staff wonderful

Clean and comfortable rooms; full breakfast each morning (top like for my son); walking distance to restaurants and stores.

Carts were hard to maneuver. They are too big for hallway and to get into elevator!

The staff was very friendly. the breakfast was wonderful with lots of choices. the bed was extremely comfortable.

One of the elevators was out of order. It was not the fault of the hotel though as they were waiting in parts.

Very accommodating. They were able to do a early check in for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
