The breakfast was exceptional with the hot options being kept hot. The staff was friendly and happy to respond to questions. We had a room with a jacuzzi tub which I took advantage of 2x and enjoyed very much.

The only thing that could have been improved on had nothing to do with the hotel. The garbage truck emptied the big garbage bins fairly early(between 6 and 7 am) on Saturday morning. I am fairly certain everyone in every hotel around must have been awake by the time they were done.

Breakfast was very good. We took advantage of the social evening. The food and beverages provided were very good and an added bonus.

Some of the hallways and room showed sign of wear and tear. A fresh coat of paint would help. The room’s leather desk chair was in extremely poor condition. There were no luggage carriers available, we were provided with laundry bins to move our luggage.

Good location, good parking, big rooms, big bathroom vanity, quiet. The bed was comfortable.

Had to get help to get TV working & there was mild growing in the coffee filter area when I went to use it. Inexperienced staff at checking, so it was a slow process.

Very clean hotel rooms, comfortable beds, friendly staff, good continental breakfast, wine and beer supplied at no charge certain days of week

I wouldn’t say it wasn’t a dislike I just think it’s a hotel that needs a bit of updating all around seems “tired” if you will Pool is smaller then pictured and no towels were refreshed

staff was ok, but not great. I asked if they could contact a cab for us for the airport and she said they don;t do that. Didn;t even offer a number.

The pool and hot tub didn't seem very clean and it was really dark in the pool area. The pull out sofa was really uncomfortable. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Quiet, room was spacious and a good value for the price. Extra large hot tub.

2nd floor hallways carpet is dirty and worn. Breakfast was marginal, but adequate.

Clean and comfortable. New franchise so updated from previous chain. Still a little dated but overall, good stay. Nice hot breakfast options.

A crew with heavy equipment started working outside the building where our room was at 6:45 am on a Sunday morning.

It was convenient to the freeway and area attractions. We appreciated the extra room in the queen suite. Breakfast was super tasty, with many options. Loved the coffee area!

Weight room needed a little work.
