Nice breakfast, quiet, and good location.

We booked a two Queen robed room for my son and I, but were given a 1 King bed and a pull out. I asked to be changed to a room with two queen beds, but was told there were none. Bryce, at the front desk looked confused and scared. It took about 30 minutes of me asking different questions and trying to find a solution. I asked to talk to a manager, he said there wasn’t one available until tomorrow. Finally I asked if he could call a manager, which we did. General manager, Joseph, was friendly and quick to agree to a solution, but with little detail. We emailed the next day, again no detail other than to contact the third party booking company. He claimed this would be quick and easy, which it has not been, but that is out of his hands. Currently, we are still trying to get this resolved.

It was a very nicely kept hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the coffee was really good for hotel coffee. I would definitely stay here again and wish I would have booked it on previous trips to Grand Forks.

The bed was a little hard and I didn't sleep the best on it. With it being a suite that sleeps four people, we could have had more pillows in the room. There really wasn't anything else we didn't like.

Very professional and friendly. The room was super clean and cozy beds. I wish flatter pillows were on the beds. The big fluffy pillows cause neck pains and headaches. I loved the hotel.

Location is why we chose this place.

Their was a sewer odor emanating from the bathroom and a stain of the sofa cushions, light out at coffee bar-very dark and difficult to see

Love the location of the hotel right by the main highway. Room was very nice and big. The bathroom and shower were very clean and nice. Free Wi-Fi free tv and movies was a great plus!

Nothing everything was so perfect from the staff to the room.

breakfast was average… everything pre-packed in plastic, all on plastic plates and plastic cutlery and plastic cups. Even the food was shrink-wrapped in plastic. There is no valid reason for this… it is poor environmental practice, and makes for a depressing breakfast experience. I've never seen anything quite like this except in US hotels...each person's breakfast produces a pile of discarded plastic. It's very sad, environmentally speaking. Bring back real plates, cups and cutlery!

The hotel was close to my event. The room was comfortable as was the bed. Nice selection at breakfast.

Breakfast could have been better. Prepackaged sausage, biscuit and egg sandwiches were not up to expectations.
