Staff was friendly and accommodating. Nice big pool area overall clean place

1st room I was put in the jacuzzi didn’t work, moved rooms and problem solved. However, both rooms had paint was chipping on walls & had stains on the chairs. Stayed 4 days & 3 night stay not once did housekeeping come even to empty the garbage & for almost $200/ night I expect daily housekeeping. Lastly, the free breakfast was terrible! The 1 morning I went the potatoes were raw, the scrambled eggs were cold, & waffle batter tasted old, very disappointing.

The bed was slightly uncomfortable due to feeling the spring. But overall decent. I ate some of the breakfast it was decent at most. I wasn't really there for a breakfast but was nice to have. I did not use any of the amenities while there. So I am unable to say. Check in/Check out was simple and easy. I had no issue with that part. The room was clean and had what I needed. Bathroom was clean, shower was perfect temp. Plenty of towels.

Not so springy of a bed but otherwise it was a great stay!

We thought the breakfast wasn't the best. The eggs didn't seem all the way done and the potatoes we hard. Could have been cooked a lot longer. The breakfast meets were good. We went down and was gonna get a pizza and get it cooked, it was around 1am. The staff person was nice but said it wasn't like your Jack's pizza or Romas. They are not worth the 15 bucks. So maybe talk to staff about selling things or getting name brand pizzas. Possibly they didn't want to cook the pizza too. We ended up ordering from Deeks.

the room was good, clean, the beds comfortable. I liked the pool area - although 1 hot tub was down for maintenance the other one was open and it wasn't crowded at all. we were allowed an extra hour for checkout and that was wonderful. the breakfast was as expected for an included breakfast.

considering the environment and plastic crisis that is seriously affecting our oceans, everthing in the dining room for breakfast was plastic! The forks barely cut the waffles, each bread slice was wrapped in plastic, the cups were disposable - Do dishes. Save the earth!

The property is in a great location, loved the check out time and the pool hours

The rooms in general were clean but they could use a deep clean…. I had to wipe the walls in the bathroom especially by the garbage can, the window and heating unit were black and I had to wipe those down also. The pool area was ok but could also use a deeper clean, the flooring in the pool area is really slippery, people were slipping even while slowly walking… I slipped on the grate beside the covered hot tub and sprained my toe, my toe turned blue within a couple of hours. I went to the front desk but they said they don’t have or do incident reports??

This was our first time staying here and it was great. The grandkids loved the pool. The breakfast was fantastic so many choices to choose from. The room was huge lots of closet and dresser space. Beds were comfortable as well. Overall can’t say anything but good things about the place.

The only nit picky thing was the ice machine wasn’t working on the second floor, just went to the 3rd floor or first floor and got ice. And that is being nit picky. Only wrote that because it asked. Overall everything was fantastic.

Location was perfect, near food and shopping.

Hotel was clean and quiet would definitely stay here again. Did not go to the pool so can’t rate that, did have breakfast, there wasn’t much for eggs, potatoes and sausages left, maybe a spoonful or two at most when we ate at 0900 am. Still had decent other options. Only complaint, periodically the traffic noice was a nuisance. Our room was on the same side as 32nd Avenue.

Hot breakfast was great but would’ve liked more fruit options. The pancake maker was fun. The pool was accommodating to all different levels for our family. The location was central to where we wanted to go and parking was plentiful.

Would’ve liked more security to get into the elevators for added safety of the guests. I was surprised there was no lotion in the bathrooms.

The room was spacious and queen beds extremely comfortable. I didn't use the pool, but it looked really good. The breakfast was amazing ... a great selection! The wifi signal was strong, and everything was clean and well maintained.

A small thing - there were a lot of flies in the breakfast room. Please put in some form of pest control in this area, as it spoiled the wonderful selection of food. No other problems were experienced.

I did not like that dirty towels and wash cloths were not picked up daily. We were told they only do that after 3 days. So we had to let them pile up in the bathroom, did not like that, I know that is a small thing, we were in town for my nephews funeral, so I did not want to make a big deal of this, but I was surprised by this policy...
