We really liked the affordability, cleanliness, recent updates to decor, location, and complimentary breakfast.

This is a great venue for families and children due to the pool, numerous hot tubs and central common area. Due to the loud noise into the evening and children running up and down the hallways we did not find it relaxing for a couple visiting their college age children at UND.

Option of rooms. All the hot tubs. The bridge, bench and the whole area in center. Breakfast is amazing. Great options, staff was on top of everything. Front desk staff was fantastic.

I didn't like that we were in town celebrating our 10 year anniversary and I really felt like we had no privacy. We could hear our neighbors conversations so I didn't even feel comfortable talking at all. At one point our neighbor was crying. Very awkward. In our reservation notes I had mentioned why we were in town.aybe just be more in tune to that. Special little things will make people talk about your place and the service. I will always think of that negative experience when thinking of my 10 yr ann. We had very relaxing massages before check in but that door between the 2 rooms acts as a very paper thin barrier and should be used for families. Kind of ruined the relaxing, pampering services we were in town for.

The breakfast was great. I liked the courtyard very clean even after being used eberynight by many, it was very fun for my young son to see the fish and bridge. The arcade room was small but had a couple good games. The pool area was clean and inviting, pool was clean and perfect temp. Liked that the hours are open for all until 11pm. Some places close pool to kids at a certain hour, but my son likes to swim before bed so having the pool open to all until 11pm was perfect for our family. Parking was plentiful and well maintained, vending machines well stocked. Check in and out very easy!

Our bathroom fan was broken, and there were not enough towels, but I was able to just ask for more at front desk, just wished there were more in our room to start with. Plus, no weight set in fitness room, there is no maid service, which was not too bad, yet we had to dump our garbage a few times while we were there and trashcan in room are very small.

I like that it is not like all the other hotels. and we travel from wpg to Florida and this hotel is classy. beautiful furnished we loved the oasis and the breakfast and the front staff were helpful. we had a balcony and it was like sitting in a oasis. many hot tubs lots of towels at each hot tub and the indoor pool. the front lobby looked like English living room and comfortable and not just for show the tables and beds and dressers and fridge were all nice furniture pieces congratulations for making a real nice and fun place for families . Very nice and clean

Asked the staff to replace the gfci receptacle in the bathroom because her curling irons wouldn't stayed plugged in to the worn out receptacle. I am a master electrician and I know this is a serious hazard. They did not do repairs during our 3 day stay. Very disappointed

Loved the atmosphere! When you walk in the place the peaceful water running, the open hot tubs every where and the courtyard was awesome!. Loved the room, very comfortable and enough room for our needs! The Breakfast was awesome! So many wonderful choices and it was very good.

Really didn’t have anything that we didn’t like

The hot tubs and pool. One hot tub was out of order, hopefully will be fixed quickly as evenings are very busy at the hot tubs when some don't seem to understand sharing time for others, hoging a hot tub like they own it! The breakfast is quite good here. Decent tasting coffee surprisingly, sausage and eggs, waffles, pancakes, yogurt, toast, bagels, juice etc. Beds were very comfortable

Common areas are a huge benefit to staying at this hotel. Plenty of space to hang out and visit with family.

The outlets in the room seem too loose to hold in the plugs from devices like chargers and blow dryers. Kind of frustrating

The staff were very kind and friendly. Even my teenage kids mentioned that. The breakfast area was clean and food was good. The hot tub area was also nice and clean especially for spring break week. The beds were also very comfy. The location was perfect as well.

The fitness room was lacking. Broken equipment and no weights. There was also and large garage bag in the hall near our room for over a day. The rooms could also use a refresh . Etc. furniture, pictures, curtains, bedding .

It was clean and the beds were very comfortable! Lots of hot tubs able to sit poolside from your room

Hard to park but it was because we had a car hauler with us and they were doing some concrete work so where we could have parked was blocked off
