Mattress was NOT indented & horrible. Newer elevator.

Morning breakfast was gross corn dogs. Plz don’t serve them. Had 4 mornings to enjoy breakfast, Monday was ham & cubed potatoes n eggs. I’m gluten free so am limited. Tuesday was breaded w/ wheat so couldn’t touch the meat, same on Wednesday but today was corn dogs. Sorry, I’ve never seen that on breakfast table at hotel before. Stuck in handicap room by elevator noise. Housekeeping was laughing & making loud noises by 7:45am. Didn’t sleep well.

The pool water was so warm. Very comfortable to swim in with the kids. Hot tub was a “hot tub “ :) Even gave us a few more minutes to wrap things up, when it was time to close the pool for the night. The morning breakfast staff were so very friendly. Even came around to greet us, take dirty plates away, and assist you in any way. Very pleasant stay, will be staying here for sure when I visit Grand Forks! Definitely need to check it out ;)

Not having drinks in pool area. The kids and I needed a drink when we were there for the time being. We ended up taking plastic non breaking water bottles in the pool area anyways.

Great location! Modern and clean. Staff was friendly and courteous. Breakfast had good variety and was good. Coffee 24/7. Convenient to grab a bite at Boss. Bath and toilet in separate room. I used sink while he was showering. I will stay here next time I am in Grand Forks!

Next time I would like to use the fitness center. Would be nice if you used coffeemaker that used K-cups.

Clean and great location

ADA room was good to have but the design was obviously not done by someone who has a disability If I wasn’t there with my disabled wife she would not have been able to reach the towels or get around without help This is not the hotels fault but I really truly feel that all ADA rooms should be reviewed for the layout and be more intuitive when it comes to actually being accessible

The breakfast was the best we have had in hotels. Damiano is an exceptional employee who excels in customer service! He, along with the breakfasts were our favorite part of our stay.

The pillows were not to my liking but you cannot please everyone all of the time. I usually bring my own but I forgot this time

The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good, and the pool/hot tub area was AWESOME. The pool was so nice and warm! I also thought it nice that they came by and asked if we needed more towels....

The only thing was the pillows. Both my daughter and I did not care for the feel of the pillows!

The breakfast was pretty good. Our room was clean, though we did have to change rooms when we initially arrived (the first one had a bad smell). Staff were very courteous and the value was great.

My only complaint is that the hot tub wasn't hot at all. More like lukewarm.

we were late for the breakfast but the cook who was cleaning up made me ham and eggs, let my have have pastries and let us have coffee. it was above and beyond on his part as far as i was concerned. he was also very gracious and attentive. the evening desk clerk had to come to our room 3 times to fix the tv on third trip she moved us across the hall. problem was solved.

Location was good

The handicap room: the beds were high, my feet didn’t touch the floor. The door to the room wasn’t swinging wide enough—spring-loaded—my scooter wouldn’t get in without help. I traveled alone. My right side was paralyzed.

The foyer was very pleasing as you came in. Was nicely set up with lots of chairs to sit around and talk if you want. Staff was great, very friendly, especially the lady That was looking after you're the breakfast area on Wednesday morning. Very friendly, there was a lot of food out was great.

I did find the bed to be a little stiff. And instead of actually putting a half decent top blanket, they just had What looked to be an old mattress cover between 2 sheets.
