Swimming Pool was dirty and unusable Flooring in the room has got loosened at many places

The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of options from local specialties to Western classics. My room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy atmosphere and a lovely view of the city. I particularly enjoyed the stunning sunset

While the breakfast and view were excellent, I was a bit disappointed with the room. The bathroom lacked a tube cover. Additionally, the checkout process was quite slow. I was told to wait for a final check of the room, but after an extended wait, I realized they had forgotten to inform me that the room was already cleared. It would have been helpful to receive a timely update.

Nice hotel at a reasonable price. The staff were warm, polite and always willing to help. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection and everything was fresh and tasty. The on-site restaurant served delicious meals at very affordable prices, with a stunning view over the Mekong River. The location was spot on—an easy walk to local markets, a supermarket, pharmacy, and plenty of shops. Overall, it was an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Room was really spacious and well appointed and bathroom facilities were clean. Sufficient storage space. Breakfast had plenty of options for both Asian and Western palates with live egg station and noodle station. Hotel is easy to find (a landmark) and had a good river view.

Hotel is huge and staff a bit unorganized. We got a call 20 minutes after making room service order, informing us that two out of three items we'd ordered were no longer available. Not sure if they have karaoke facilities, but lots of noise came up from big tourist groups downstairs. (Go early for breakfast to avoid queues) Furniture and bathroom looked a bit weathered.

no sunbeds at the nice pool! We could not quite figure out what the problem was. The cushions for the sunbeds were available but the sunbeds themselves were no longer existing.

I have stayed here many times over the last couple of years and have always enjoyed my stay. The view of the Mekong River from the room is awesome. The riverside restaurant is a favorite of mine. The menu has an extensive variety of East and West tastes creatively prepared by real chefs. The value and quality of the food is exceptional, you will be tempted to order more than one dish. The breakfast variety and quality are also exceptional. The fitness center is not cramped and has very good equipment. It was actually the cleanest gym I have ever seen. The swimming pool is riverside and a nice family hangout my grandson wanted to swim all day.

The twin bed is narrow and table between the beds is low and a hazard both myself and my grandson rolled off the bed during our stays I bruised a rib on the table and my grandson got a black eye. I told them about it and a problem easily solved but didn't take it very seriously. The staff at the counter and throughout the hotel is very polite but the management can be snobby and poor communicators.

This hotel is perfect for good wiew over the Mekong river. Very close to supermarket and 7 / 11. The staff even helped me exchange Thai bath to local money.

For me personally the bed was way to soft. And the staff was maybe to polite... Couldnt even open a door myself ( except for the door to the room).

Beds were SO COMFY, shower was big with great pressure, breakfast was outstanding, pool was serene and warm, the service was outstanding, also. 10/10 I would absolutely stay here again! Next to large supermarket also.

The water in the bath was sometimes rusty, and at times, it was difficult to get a consistent hot water supply.

This hotel looks a little run down and the room was quite bare, so we were apprehensive on arrival. But the staff were fantastic and the view was amazing. The restaurant overlooking the river was a real highlight. We had a lovely afternoon by the pool and a very reasonably priced dinner. Staff did everything they could to make our stay perfect.

I feel that COVID must have hit this hotel hard. It is a big hotel and the upkeep must be expensive. At the same time, the Lao economy and tourism slowed considerably during the pandemic. The view is great but the windows need to be cleaned. The pool needs more upkeep. However, it was fine to swim in and we loved having it all to ourselves!! We loved how relaxed it all was.
