I think this was our 2nd or 3rd stay at this hotel as it is close to F&F, and has a 24 hour reception which is useful for last minute trips, and we arrived very late/early hours of the morning after a long drive from the Netherlands. The rooms are spacious and clean, and if you get a room with a bath these are a good size. This time we opted for without breakfast, but have had the buffet previously and it was excellent. We had called beforehand and the staff arranged a kettle for us, which was waiting in reception on arrival, they also arranged late checkout due to our late arrival. Once again we sadly didn't get to use the facilities.

We'd picked a room that contained a sofa, but it had been made up into a sofa bed.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The bed is comfortable. There is a safe in the room. The hotel has a small spa, swimming pool, a big gym and a beauty salon.

If I have to say something: the shower in the room is a bit small. During my stay the hydro sauna wasn’t working.

Everything was great here! Really loved the place. Especially good breakfast, and an awesome quiet location!

The only little thing was the toilet/bathroom doors were not closing fully (glass rolling doors) and don't have a lock by its design (4cm holes between the wall and the door), so it was a little bit privacy-wise strange.

Well situated in the middle of an immense park where you can promenade for hours. Food is good in the hotel as well as in the near neighborhood. From the hotel, we visited Koln, Bonn and the Schloss Drachenburg which are at very reasonable driving distances.

breakfast buffet everything you could wish for was avialable, pleasant staff, good value. evening meal excellent choice again staff very helpfull and freindly. excellent location for visting the adac motocross meeting in Bielstien. certainly be staying again. rooms spaceous and spotless.

We have used the hotel as a stop on the way to France. It is few km from highway, but is worth go there. There are lot of free parking places just at the hotel. The personal was very friendly, room spacious, everything clean, breakfast was very good. We want definitely come back.

It was a really nice hotel. The breakfast was really delicious. They serve even salmon. We had a really nice room with the balcony. The location was also really good and it was really easy to explore the city.

The spa area was quiet small. And it was not that good arranged, because the swimming pool and the spa are in two different places. The stuff by check in wasn't really friendly.

Super friendly helpful reception staff Room was very clean and well equipped Bathroom clean and functional Nice balcony with view to sit and watch the world pass by Mini bar included and well stocked Due to bad weather we decided to have evening meal at hotel and it was wonderful 😊 We had a fabulous buffet and both agreed it was everything we hoped for and more Breakfast was again wonderful and very popular but we were seated immediately and provided with hot drinks and buffet style and again absolutely delicious with friendly helpful staff Highly recommend this venue and certainly hope to return

Could not fault anything

The staff were polite and check in was easy. The room was smaller than expected, but it was extremely clean with a really comfy hard bed. The carpark had plenty of spaces available and easy to access.

Breakfast was good, with enough variety and good quality. Rooms were spacy enough and comfortable. It was close to main street, where some good restaurants are placed. SPA with Sauna and pool is good and was working properly

There was only 2 spinning bikes available, so I would suggest to have more Gym equipment available. That would complete the overal SPA capacity and make this hotel a very good choice.
