Very luxurious. Clean and large rooms. Very modern. 2 pools: one inside and one outside

The personnel is “hit and miss”. The receptionists at check in were not very welcoming and somewhat “false”. The other days, they were really nice and helpful. The breakfast is getting worse by the year. While the orange juice tasters like fresh juice the rest of the offer gets worse by the year: still passable but nothing exclusive to match the rest of the luxury.

The hotel is amazing! The food is very good and affordable. The room amenities are of a proper 5* hotel. I loved the Molton Brown cosmetics in the room. Beds are super comfortable, the river view is nice at sunrise and the room size is perfect. The best stay I ever had in Bulgaria! I have no comment on the casino itself since I did not visit, but everything else was great!

Nothing not to like, but just bare in mind that aside from the casinos, there is nothing else here. It is a proper village, with nothing to do around. That said, the hotel is still great, even for a spa getaway :)

from a lovely balcony at your room, you can watch Maritsa river running peacefully. Lovely and quiet location, attched to 2 fish restaurants serving Bulgarian,Turkish and Greece cuisine. Bathroom and generally rooms are large and very comfortable.

Breakfast may have much choices, although it is satisfactory.

Rooms are clean, new and spacious. The view is very good, martiza river is beautiful. Casino is enough, service is fast. It is hard to communicate sometimes because of the language barrier.

Staff isn’t welcoming. Could be better. Rooms are clean but they didn’t restock water.

Hotel is new, clean, luxurious. Very spacious rooms, comfortable, bathroom and amazing Meric river view at the room balcony. You couldn't find this type hotel in Europe for reasonable price & performance. We also like hotel restaurant, night club and Casino facilities as well. We would like to definetly stay again in the future. Thanks to all staff for their interest..

Nice clean modern rooms with a beautiful view of the river . Very nice will set up GM and pools . Love the restaurant location overlooking the river, and they have an excellent selection of food. Very nice nightclub . Staff are very friendly and helpful. In conclusion, I will always stay in this hotel when visiting Svilengrad next time

Very clean and luxurious. Exceptional breakfast and one of the best pools in whole Bulgaria.

We’ve been staying there for the last 5 years. The food at the restaurant has always been exceptional but one time some of the dishes were a total miss. Maybe the chef was on a break that day.

Absolutely everything was perfect. All the staff we interacted with were beyond polite. All the hotel facilities corresponded to the 5 star rating. Amazing indoor swimming pool. Salt room, gym, hot stone and sauna - all available free of charge for the guests of the hotel. We were stuck at the border (Turkish) and their amazing driver came to pick us up and helped us cross the border. This kind of service and help is beyond expectations. The breakfast buffet was very rich and we were very happy with it. There is a big casino for the casino lovers. I felt as if I was in another country and not in Bulgaria. The rooms were lovely too, so was the view from them (River).

good parking area, good standard of hotel and restaurant, friendly staff.

Pool too cold 25/26 degrees rules on how many can use steam and sauna at same time but no one takes any notice and just enter rooms can be bit noisy at weekends because inconsiderate guest come in at 3am and put TV on blasting.

The spa is very nice, rooms are spacious and well equipped. It's my second time there.

Unfortunately they allow smoking almost everywhere which is not pleasant.
