- perfect location - very kind staff - very good furniture, new and functional (except the lights) - cleanliness - own parking, next to the hotel

- the economic room is smaller (max 13-14 sq.m incl.bathroom) than the announced space (18 sq.m) - very dark room, there is no central light on the ceiling and only one night lamp. Cannot read normally... In addition there is no sun light, from the littlile window can see only a wall ... - there is no normal refrigerator, only mini bar that cannot cool anything. If you put a cold coke, after 6-8 hours it becomes near the room temperature, it's worse than a cooler bag. The staff changed the device, but I didnot notice any improvement. - the locking/unlocking mechanism of the door broke down twice, but they repaired it also twice :) ...

The housekeeping team upheld an unwavering standard of cleanliness, while the concierge consistently demonstrated an unparalleled proficiency in tailoring recommendations for local attractions and dining options to my discerning preferences. The culinary team at the hotel's restaurant SEMPRE warrants special commendation for their adept presentation of local gastronomy. Their enthusiastic commitment and erudition about the culinary offerings elevated each meal to a delightful and memorable occasion. Also loved lab. of the coffee. Espresso Lab is my best choice. What truly left an indelible mark was the authentic care exhibited by the entire staff. It is a rarity to encounter a team so resolutely committed to ensuring guests not only feel welcomed but also profoundly valued! In summation, this Edirne establishment transcends the definition of a mere accommodation; it is an experience sculpted by an exemplary staff. The warmth, professionalism, and sincere concern demonstrated by each team member significantly enhanced the overall enchantment of my visit. I strongly recommend it.

The location is great, if you want to be only a short walk to the bazaar and the centre. But the price you pay is that it is a bit noisy. The room was big enough and a had good shower room. Breakfast was good. Khatiya from the hotel met us (and the other guests) at breakfast to check if everything was ok with our stay and if we had any problems. She is ever so nice and polite. It was good public relations, we really appreciated that. Staff were great and ever so helpful. They found an auto service for me when my car had a problem. Free parking.

Service in the restaurant was slow and innatentive. Kept awake in the late evening by the call to prayer, cars and noisey people outside. Also guests talking loudly in the corridors. But after midnight it was quiet again, so we got some sleep.

The parking is safe, they also have 2 spots for electric cars where you can charge it.

The room is small, the windows are not good soundproof. From the room facing the street I could hear a diesel engine running, scooters passing and in the morning someone pray loudly.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Everything was very clean, and the staff were genuinely lovely and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing with plenty of choice, and I really appreciated that they contacted me upon arrival – such a thoughtful touch. The location in the heart of the city made it very convenient for exploring, which was another great bonus. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely return.

We had a wonderful experience at this very new and beautifully furnished hotel. The location is amazing — all the major historical sites are within walking distance, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, always ready to help with a smile. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep, and the air conditioning was much appreciated during the warm summer days. Breakfast was another highlight — fulfilling and varied, with a wide selection of fresh options to suit all tastes. Overall, a perfect place to stay in Edirne. Would definitely return and highly recommend!

Location - great Reception staff & bellboy - superb

Cleanliness - far from satisfactory One coffee cup was left dirty from previous guests. We had less towels and cups than we needed (2 instead of 3) Bathroom dirty Holder for the shower not fixed properly. Shower head not cleaned Toilet paper holder too low (nearly on the floor & lid was dirty. Coffee machine at breakfast didn’t work and no options were suggested considering there is coffee shop and a bar within the property. We had a dirty folded napkin left with the clean ones on the breakfast table (the table was set and supposed to be ready)

Good location, close to the old city center and old bazar. Available parking slots. Warm and kind personal willing to help at any hour. Clean and airy rooms, good and well-functioning air conditioning (we were traveling during a hot summer) Good breakfast, however many coffee assortments in the cafeteria located at the ground floor of the hotel. The view shows the Edirne "vibe", however not something notable but nothing to do with the hotel.

Very welcoming staff, in a great location close to the city centre which allowed us to come and go between walking around and visiting monuments and the city. Plentiful breakfast, complimentary items and water, available parking spots, clean room.

WiFi was slow, they advertise streaming services on the TV in the room which are not functioning, and some of the breakfast items weren't fresh. Very low quality shampoo/shower gels, bring your own definitely.
