We are visiting the hotel for the third year in a row. The cleanliness is always at the level, the beds are comfortable and the staff is friendly. In previous years, the breakfast was constantly topped up, and now I have seen guests who were forced to ask the staff for this, given that there were still 45 minutes of the allotted time.

1. My credit card was charged before we checked into the hotel, even before 2 PM. This has not happened before and it made an unpleasant impression on me. 2. WIfi is impossible to use, it is so weak that it is as if it is not there at all. It is absurd that a hotel of this class and with such prices cannot offer something so basic to its guests. 3. Glass cups in the bathrooms are no longer available

It has a great location at the city center. Hotel's own private parking place is big enough and partially closed. Rooms are spacious (ours with a nice balcony) and have all the things you may require. Breakfast is middle-sized, everything served are fresh and very tasty. At last but not the least, the staff is very friendly and helpful. I would like to thank them all, but especially to Cem and Volkan. We would definitely choose this hotel again.

There is nothing major to mention about this hotel. In general, everything is great. (More plug sockets and hangers on the wall/doors would be useful.)

The hotel is at a top place, the staff is very kind, the rooms are very clean, it is very quiet in the hotel. We asked for an extra sheets and some other stuff - all were immediately provided. There is a dedicated parking area with a shed so the cars are well protected, besides that the parking area is shady. The breakfast was also very good every morning. One remark though - one morning i woke up at 5 o’clock and observed that the wifi network is not available, like the switch was shut down. Not sure if this was an accident or it is every night, but other than that this is a great place and i highly recommend it! Last but not least - one of the best price-quality stays!

The hotel is a 5 minute walk to the pedestrian center, which is full of market-style bazaars, narrow streets with quaint little shops, and the main pedestrian thoroughfare full of shops with everything from gold, to olive oil, clothes and sweets. Even though our planned stay at the hotel is over, we are still here because, 2 days after arriving we experienced our first Covid-19 symptoms. The hotel was able to arrange for us to stay on after our planned stay was over. So we were able to self-isolate to prevent the other hotel guests from being unnecessarily exposed to us while we were still infectious. The hotel staff assured us that they fully understood our situation, that we would have their complete cooperation and that they were ready to provide any support we might need to get through the difficult first few days. What a relief! The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, making it a lot easier for us to accept our situation. My son and daughter-in-law live here close by, so they helped a lot for the first two difficult days, arranging medical assistance for examinations and medication, and providing the basic essentials to stay in a hotel room for a longer period. Unfortunately, they too became infected, so they are now self-isolating at home. So, the way that the hotel dealt with our nightmare certainly helped us to get through it. I would like to offer our heartfelt thanks and appreciation.

This was a fantastic place to stay on our first night in Turkey. A bit fiddly to find the parking, but a good secure private parking lot, and the hotel is incredibly well located for visiting everything on foot. We had a nice balcony with a view of the main mosque, and the staff were absolutely lovely. We would definitely stay again!

We visited the hotel for the second time and were as satisfied as we were the first time. Top location , free parking , spacious rooms, comfortable beds, cleanliness, varied and delicious breakfast, extremely kind and competent staff and the greatest front office manager ever met.. Thank you for everything!

Yeah, yeah..the wifi is not in the best shape, but we spent most of our time outside and that was never a leading indicator for us. People are more important!

We liked everything about this hotel - the rooms are fresh and comfortable, the staff is very friendly and speaks great English, the breakfast is rich, it is fairly small so it feels like a boutique hotel, and the location is in the middle of town without being noisy. We spent two days - Sun and Mon. Sun was more busy, but did not feel crowded. It was pleasant coming back to the hotel on both days. We both walked and dove on our town exploration, and another thing we valued with this hotel was the complementary private parking. Altogether, good value for the money.

The location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to see, as well as places to eat and shop. The facilities in the hotel were excellent, the breakfast which was included was great and offered a big choice. And the staff were patient, polite and helpful. We would certainly stay there again!

the breakfast was all we needed, the staff is friendly and it is a really good hotel close to all of the shopping locations restaurants, etc. There is secure parking everything is perfect for the money :)

the bathroom floors are slippery and I fell trying to exit the shower cabin. SO BE CAREFUL !!

The staff are amazing, very helpful specially Cem he was great always smiling friendly and ready to help us have the best experience .. thank you Cem!!!

The wc is a bit small, but we requested a room with a bigger one and it was granted so the day was saved!
